Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Vacation at the horse and sanctuary

Enjoy peace and quiet in the middle of nature. Unwind and spend time with the animals (horses, sheep, pigs, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs & cats) at the farm. The area invites you to hiking or cycling trips to the Celtic stone circle (1 km) or treetop trail (4 km). Of course, you can learn to ride at the farm as well as go on extensive rides. Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Our lovingly restored tiny house offers you the opportunity to switch off, breathe and head free wars in the middle of fantastic nature. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people. Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).

Modern apartment 3 - Lembach in the Mühlkreis

The nice, modern 64 sqm apartment for 1-4 people with parking is located in the center of the small market Lembach in the upper Mühlviertel (Upper Austria) with border proximity to Germany (about 40 km) between Passau and Linz. Easy access to department stores, bakeries, restaurants, …and a doctor. Up to four people are offered clean accommodation in two bedrooms and a modern, well-equipped kitchen.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
