Villa vacation rentals in Nanaimo

Rachel was a great host very responsive and took her time to answer as many questions as I had. Her home was very beautiful and I and my friend who spent the Christmas holiday there enjoyed our time. I recommend definitely if you are looking for a nice getaway from the busy city life.

This was our second year staying at Jonahs place. We had the best time and can't wait to come back next year!

The house is in a quiet area with a clear view of the sea. I feel lucky to have stayed here.

This cottage is perfect for exploring the Parksville area! It worked out great for our family of 4 and the pool was an awesome amenity. Super cozy furniture and blankets, nice fireplace, well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend staying here!

We had high hopes and they were far exceeded when we saw the property. Literally jaw dropping when we opened the door and saw the elegance and beauty of the house behind it. From the wild deer in the green beyond the fence to the pool and garden to the design and presentation of the house from basement level to top level it was nothing short of breathtaking. The views are incredible and there wasn’t a thing lacking in the house that we needed. Meghan was always responsive if we needed her and personable. The street was private and neighbours friendly also. Really could not rate our stay highly enough. You certainly get what you pay for and much much more.

The property is better than what is described, it truly had a jaw-dropping view and wonderful tall ceilings that made the space feel even more open. Pros: Beautiful view, gorgeous and clean home, peaceful location Cons: Ad says you have the whole villa, but there is a tenant in the basement (the owner) that we didn't know about until we arrived. I had specifically asked if we would be the only people in the villa and was told yes. We were startled upon arrival to see him of course. Although the upstairs deck is private, there was no dining furniture on that level of the house and with the person living on the lower level, we did not feel comfortable helping ourselves to any dining furniture that may have been down there. There was no private backyard as mentioned either; the owner was using it. We stayed for 7 nights so were disappointed to not have dining furniture outside, accessible to us, like it said in the ad, as we cooked several meals. Overall a wonderful, relaxing spot.
