2019년식 신축 전통 한옥주택의 넓고 깨끗하며 구들방이 있는 집입니다. 첨성대, 경주읍성, 동궁과월지, 월정교, 황리단길 등 경주시내의 주요 관광지까지 차량으로 약 15분 거리라 관광하기에 편리하고, 차량 10분 거리에 대형 마트가 있어 쇼핑도 쉽습니다. 주변에 서악서원, 무열왕릉을 비롯한 서악 고분군이 있고 도보로 15분 정도의 거리로 가볍게 산책하기에 좋습니다. 4월~10월 사이에 매주 토요일 서악서원에서 열리는 고택연주회도 재미있는 이벤트에요.

덕분에 행복한 경주 여행을 했습니다. 사장님 내외분께서 진짜 친절하시고, 방이 너무 현대식은 아니어도 정말 깨끗하게 관리를 잘해 주셔서 상쾌한 기분으로 숙소에 묵었답니다. 뒤뜰의 화단에는 예쁜 꽃들도 많아서 시간이 되면 산책을 하는 것도 추천합니다. 그리고 다른 후기에 숙소를 찾는 것이 좀 어렵다고 되어 있는데, 도착해서 사장님께 전화를 드리니 사장님께서 마중 나와 주셔서 전혀 어려움이 없었습니다. 주차장도 넉넉하구요.^^ 덕분에 즐거운 여행이었네요~.

숙박관리업체에서 홍보운영하는 것 같은데 당일날 숙소 안내가 없어서 아쉬웠던거 빼고는 모두 좋았음. 음식점 대게와바다 추천받아 대게 배부르게 먹고 바로 앞 호미곶 저녁산책까지 최고^^ 아침에 일출보고 독수리바위 가는 길 따라 숙소로 환상적인 해안선 드라이브... 여태껏 머물렀던 에어비엔비 최고의 시설이었씀돠.

가족들과 조용히 지내기 너무 좋습니다. 특히 야외에 비닐하우스가 있어 겨울에도 야외에서 바베큐를 해 먹을수 있어 좋습니다. 그리고 주인 어르신께서 가까운곳에 계셔서 필요한게 있으면 바로 바로 가져다 주십니다. 야간 풍경은 물론, 집 앞에 바로 보이는 풍경이 매우좋습니다. 조용히 힐링 하기에 매우 좋은 숙소 입니다.
