There are 2 cozy living rooms, kitchen, laundry room and a slightly narrow staircase to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sunny garden with terrace. The house is a 5-minute walk from cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The pedestrian street is just nearby. There are 3 km to Hestehovedet, a beautiful beach with Denmark's longest swimming pier, mini golf, etc. Dodekalitten, Knuthenborg Safari Park and the Fehmarn Tunnel construction are worth visiting.

You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

At Søllestedgaard Estate, in the courtyard right next to the main building, is the steward's residence, one wing of which has long served as the garden house, which is now being rented out. The rental property is located on Lolland in the station town of Søllested, right between Nakskov and Maribo.
