It was a truly unregrettable choice. They were so kind and explained well Everything was perfect, from breakfast to the car. I was a little worried about the old accommodation problem, but With no worries, we loved it. My parents were also very satisfied. It was a happy family trip~~~ I really want to come back again. ^^

It was a nice spacious apartment, but there were a lot of ants in the house, it was not central in terms of location, but it was easy to get there by taxi, there was no problem other than the ants

Lily is very kind and very nice , she help us to call the car for one day for every where ,she make our trip be convenient ,thanks lily 👍🏻 Kim son villa is a good place ,you can swim and play football tennis ,that’s very good hahaha

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ I was able to communicate with the owner smoothly, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during my trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the 2 marts right in front, the record store, Kong Cafe, and the Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was also close, so we could play in the water, and the pool at the property was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you are worried about a large family accommodation, I recommend it ~ ^^

This place was exactly what it appears to be. The house is breathtaking and the staircase it beautiful. If you don't like steps this may not be the place for you or if you have a lot of luggage. Everyone was so attentive and always ready to help. The local recommendation the assistance with transportation and the booking of excursions was simply amazing. The customer care and accessibility anytime was what makes this house stand out. The hosts literally ensure that you have everything you need. The really made me fall in love with Danang and I hope to be back soon and would definitely stay at the same place

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home! Well stocked kitchen, big pool, plenty of space. Many nearby shops and restaurants, easy access to beach, very responsive host.

Quynh Trang not only had an amazingly beautiful immaculate clean house, she topped up with her amazing hospitality. In my so many years of AirB&B experience, she was hands down the best host we ever came across. Her attention to detail in the property and her proactively helping us stood out like no other. I usually don't leave a lot of reviews and at least don't write a lot in the reviews but in her case I'm making an exception because she was simply awesome as a host. Our family loved the place. I'll highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

95% satisfaction I have a personal car, but I am very satisfied with the facilities such as kitchen facilities, air conditioning, number of rooms, toilet, and Wi-Fi.

It's clean and the accommodation is nice. The host is also friendly! Eight people went and had fun. The pool was spacious and nice, and it was paid for beer, water, and Korean ramen, but it was nice that it was equipped in advance. I really recommend a business trip massage and barbecue service. I think it's a pool villa. There's nothing around, so the location is a bit of a pity, but if you take a Grab ride, it's no big deal. Oh, and there are a few bugs, but I don't think bugs are inevitable due to the nature of the country... Still, I recommend it if you're traveling with a group at this price.

Clean in general. Especially the view is good. I couldn't swim because it was cold, but it was luxurious and satisfying.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

This accommodation should not become famous. Because the reservation will be full soon. It's perfect for a family trip. Three generations, including two young children, visited. I had a perfect vacation. I will definitely visit this accommodation next time.

This was a lovely home! Beautifully decorated and neat, very spacious. We had the entire home to ourselves - it really felt like a home! Well equipped kitchen. Nhan was very quick to respond to any queries I had, and was very helpful in guiding us. Wish we had stayed for a bit more, and at leisure!
