Vacation rentals with a patio in Nabeul Governorate

This was an incredible place to spend a week! It is within walking distance of the beautiful views of Sidi Bou Said, the beach, and a short taxi away from everything else. The apartment is beautiful and Farah was extremely helpful and kind in answering our questions. There is also a delicious pastry shop and coffee shop right out the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

Very and exceptionally responsive host. Location is great, near beach, few minutes from old Arabic Hammamet, modern Jasmine, supermarkets, restaurants and main highway acces, atm, great car rental agency. Building is modern, attractive with robust utilities ( hot water , heating, air conditioning....), lift. Back coloured lighting. Guard is always present. Yard cleaned daily. The garden is attractive and maintained. ( There is a modest outdoor pool - but we prefer the beach). Apartment has all common utensils. ( No dryer, but with 3 balconies it's easy to dry things, especially on heated towel rack.) Ample, just in front, street parking. Weekend, street busy, keep doors closed. The nearby beach is sandy, vast, with good restaurants. The water is clear/ clean, gentle, easy waves. The beach, however, could be more often cleaned, but in front of concessions, is generally good. The concessions let you use their chairs if you buy something (beer, coffee, wine or a meal).

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

Leila was an amazing host! She allowed me to check in early and she drove me to the Ooredoo mobile phone office to recharge my mobile phone. She was always super friendly and very helpful all the time. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The beach is very close on foot.

A comfortable clean apartment with a good size private patio for sunshine and relaxing. Big Parasol and dining table chairs. Interior is comfy and Wi-Fi Netflix all working. The shower has good pressure with plenty of hot water! Beds comfy and selection of bedding and blankets. Elyes and his friends always on call to help out with assistance be it in the house or local knowledge. The kitchen itself very clean with some cleaning products supplied. The apartment is close to a main road so there is some traffic noise but it’s not invasive. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this area with good local shopping transport connections and the local beach which is a 10 minute walk away. Recommended

Tipto. Perfekte Lage um zum CarthageLand zu gelangen. 5min zu Fuss. Ist komplett in der Touristenzone. Perfekt auch mit dem Parkplatz.

l emplacement et ideal, 100m de la plage, 300m du petit port de sidi bou said pour prendre un jus frais pressé le matin et sami un hote trés prevenant, de bon conseil et acceuillant,je recommande sans hesitations jean-philippe

Franchement, merci pour tout ! Le logement est incroyable et son hôte est vraiment très accueillant . Il n’a pas hésité à revenir malgré le trajet pour nous mettre la wi-fi car j’avais du mal. 10/10 pour tout !

Ottimo soggiorno ad Hammamet, consiglio a tutti per la tranquillità della zona, la vicinanza ai servizi anche a piedi. Le distanze più lunghe possono essere coperte con il taxi la cui stazione è veramente a 5 min a piedi. Ayoub il gestore della casa sempre disponibile ad affrontare ogni nostra richiesta, molto pro attivo e cordiale

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

Yasmine and Sami’s place at La Marsa is in a stunning neighbourhood with breath taking views. The apartment is right in between La Marsa and the touristy town of Sidi Bu Said, steps away from the seaside, a 10 minute walk to an incredible fresh food market, the beautiful corniche in La Marsa, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is a perfect size for a small family and has everything you need. It is well protected from the sun, so it must feel like an oasis in the summer time. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for a month and we felt right at home. Sami and Yasmine are kind, warm, hospitable and very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their apartment.

Très agréable séjour chez Meher à l'occasion d'un mariage familial à Tunis. Le logement était très bien, propre, bien équipé et bien situé. La communication avec Meher a été très facile et spontanée et avec une très bonne réactivité. Merci pour tout. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place is absolutely lovely, peaceful, spacious, and so well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean and had a real sense of comfort that made it feel just like home. Having lived in Sidi Bou Said before, this stay brought back that same cozy, welcoming feeling. Melik was an outstanding host kind, respectful, and always available to help or answer any questions. We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location (Close to great beaches, restaurants...). The host Wissem was super helpful and responsive.

J’ai passé mon séjour deux semaines dans cette Airbnb ! C’était vraiment incroyable, la vue était juste magnifique. Les photos sont exactement pareil qu’en réalité. Je mettrai un bon 10/10. Vraiment très accessible. Après en bas de la résidence, il y a un café lounge et juste à coté il y a l’hôtel Byzance. Ensuite autour il y a plein des restaurants, un Monoprix et un peu plus loin y’a le centre de nabeul. De la résidence au centre c’est 20min à pied.

Excellent séjour! L’appartement est idéalement situé, propre et très bien équipé. Le lit est super confortable. Walid a été très réactif et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci !

Nous avons passé une semaine, jolie maison avec de jolies fleurs,c'est l'emplacement idéal ,la mer est proche de la maison. les commerces et activités sont tout proche,tout peut se faire à pied. internet excellent.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Souheil, l'emplacement est top , piscine propre, les enfants se sont éclatés, franchement rien à dire. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine inchallah !

Les hôtes sont supers gentils, très bienveillants et à l’écoute. Présent si nous avons un soucis. Logement correspond aux photos sauf la piscine qui était verte et non utilisable… Je pense que nous sommes venues un peu tôt dans la saison et qu’elle va être nettoyé après mais bon nous avions réservé ce logement exprès pour la piscine… un peu déçues de ne pas y être allées. Sinon c’est super bien place et heureusement il y à des plages magnifiques accessibles à pieds !
