Nature Lovers Wilderness Getaway

MargaretRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Talk about Northern California paradise, Graeme's place is so beautiful and so relaxing. It is a bit of a drive from the 101 but so worth it for the peace and quiet; slept better than I have in months. Trees forever; well supplied kitchen--you can cook anything as plenty of pots/pans, utensils. Books and games for kids and adults; we had 3 generations with us and everyone hated to leave.

Redwood Oasis: Riverside Retreat

PedroRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place to stay for a relaxing quiet getaway. The river had a beautiful beach area and was perfect for the kids to swim and play in. Even though there was no AC. The house cooled down in the evening with the help of fans. Would definitely stay again.

Avenue of the Giants Riverfront

KatieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Kevin was a great host. He was friendly and responsive when we had some questions in regard to fishing in the area. His place was very clean and you can tell he cares about the people staying in his rental. Lots of recommendations listed on things to do and where to eat. We met him in person and he even let us know of a community event happening the weekend of our stay. We appreciated the getaway and the closeness to the river and the trees.

"Twin Trees" Cabin |River Access| In Redwoods WiFi

DianeRating, 5 stars5 days ago
What a cute little cabin in the redwoods. There’s a nice path down to the river. And a wonderful cat welcomes you and provides lots of loves. Be aware that there are no doors on the bedrooms, but that was OK.

Retreat in the Cove

MadoleneRating, 5 starstoday
Wow! I would live here if I could. 5+++ stars. What a beautiful home in a beautiful place. 100% worth the drive. We loved the comfy beds, gorgeous furnishings, and well stocked kitchen. And the views were stunning. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the hummingbirds, and listening to the sea lions down on the shore. It was the perfect restful retreat for our family of 5.

The House truck on river farm

SukiRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Kirsten and community were both welcoming and supportive of spaciousness, allowing real rest and ready conversation as you like it. The summer kitchen is a delightful hub and the bath garden is an immersive getaway. The tiny home is not just whimsical but historic, and you can learn a ton about the the home build movement from the cabin book shelf, within plucking distance from the front porch cantilevered over the truck cab. Only a few perplexed looks from the llamas as I chillaxed up there. Bring your scissors for minus tide seaweed harvesting at Mattole Beach (or sleep through it like I did in the not tiny at all sleeping loft), a comfy towel for the river hang, and a notebook if you, like me, are unable to remember all the names of the animals large, small, flocked and shorn, at this laid-back farm.

Amazing 23 ft trailer in the heart of Redwoods

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Theresa's RV home is delightful. Though small, it is well equipped for a short or long stay. It is close to the main house has a lovely private yard for RV guests only; a relaxing place to hang out in the sun and have a drink or a meal. The location is fantastic. It is literally a few minutes from the famed Avenue of the Giants where some of the most beautiful groves of redwoods can be seen and the Eel River. It is twenty minutes from the Founder's Grove and Rockefeller Forest where the world's largest trees can be experienced. There is shopping about 20 minutes away. The hosts are attentive and always available. Highly recommended.
