The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. The old rectory, built around 1712, invites you to linger after more than 50 years of vacancy and a complete monument renovation. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as the use of natural building materials. Natural stone floors, new and old Oak planks, clay plaster, lime colors and solid wood kitchen paired with crooked walls and design classics give the old rectory a very special charm that we are happy to share with you!
