Absolutely unmatched experience – better than any 5-star hotel! From the moment I arrived at Marina Bay Apartments, I knew I had found a hidden gem in Nairobi. The apartment on the 12th floor (Unit 12H) was spotless, brand new, peaceful, and beautifully furnished with a stunning city view. The smart self check-in was smooth and easy, and the WiFi was fast and reliable — perfect for both work and relaxation. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional 24/7 customer service. The host was always available, attentive, and genuinely caring. I usually stay at the Hilton, but this Airbnb experience was ten times better. If the owner ever sells this unit, I’d buy it without hesitation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nairobi — it’s a luxurious, quiet, and flawless place to stay.

The apartment is in a slightly older but well maintained apartment building with daily cleaning and very friendly staff. The location is super convenient. I also appreciated the flexible check-in and checkout policy. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

We had a great stay at Skynest. The host was very responsive and were able to accommodate our request for a portable crib. The staff is really friendly. Cleaning services 2-3 times/week were helpful. The pool and restaurant are great, and it's nice having a convenience store in the building as well. The location is also nice, relatively walkable to Sarit Centre and several local restaurants and easy to grab a taxi or rideshare elsewhere in the city. This was our 2nd time staying at Skynest, and I'm sure we'll be back.

My second stay at this apartment. Great location, easy to get around to restaurants and shops. Felt right at home!

I was in town for my dear friend’s wedding and stayed with my fellow bridesmaids. The villa was the perfect place for us to prepare—beautifully maintained, full of charm, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, creating a memorable and stress-free space to get ready for such a special day. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and even their grandparents were kind and gracious—it felt like we were being hosted by family. My husband and I had a great stay at Margaret's place. Samuel and Mercy were a tremendous help to us throughout the week, and were so attentive when we had brief struggles with the electricity. The house is simply beautiful...only house on the compound - private and peaceful. Beautiful living room and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Nairobi!

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately shorter than we had planned but Katelyn was extremely accommodating and the cottage was cosy and comfortable with really nice personal touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage was also located in a great area close to everything you might need.

The place is very good for a large number of people. It is also a walking distance to a mall.

Honestly a nice little home in nairobi for if you work or want to stay in the area along ngong road between upper hill and junction mall.

Staying at Lydia’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. She was physically present when I checked in , ensuring that the cleaner and handymen were on top of their duties. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed to feel at home. The light in the apartment is phenomenal. When I had a challenge with the washing machine, Lydia went above and beyond to ensure that it was sorted within a short time. The shower is amazing!!!!! The attention to detail in every aspect of the home made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend her place and hope to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dianah’s place. It was a calm and lovely experience. What I appreciated most were the breathtaking morning views, the city skyline at night, the fully furnished kitchen, the well-equipped gym, the refreshing swimming pool, and the convenient walking paths nearby in the neighborhood. The apartment is also situated in a green, pleasant part of Nairobi, close to great restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls. I would recommend staying here 100 percent.

The place was immaculately clean — truly sparkling — and everything inside looked brand new, from the stylish furniture to the modern appliances. It felt like walking into a show home! The view from the balcony is just stunning — a peaceful, beautiful spot to unwind. Despite her busy schedule, Blossom was always quick to respond and super helpful throughout my stay. Comfortable 2 bed, 2.5 bath in Riverside Nairobi. Spent the weekend and easy to move around with an Uber in and out. Wifi worked, hot showers, big screen TV, and comfortable couch. Will definitely consider streaming again when next in Nairobi. The location was also close to Crafty Chameleon restaurant, Kengele’s sports bar, Roadies nyama choma etc. Host was super responsive as well.

I enjoyed my stay here, the place was pristine and spotless. I definitely recommend Lillian‘s place, she was very communicative and proactive. It was very sweet of her to leave some snacks for us during check-in, especially after exhaustion from travel. I enjoyed the big windows overlooking the pool, it is a lovely view and you feel right at home. The location is perfect and close to many restaurants and the mall, and it felt very safe.
