Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser paradiesischen Ecke vom Comersee verbracht. Vanessa.... deine tadellosen Informationen und deine wertvollen Ratschläge haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht und uns ermöglicht, das Beste von Argegno und seiner Umgebung zu entdecken. Emma.... dein herzlicher und persönlicher Empfang ließ uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Deine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich! Die Stadt Argegno hat uns mit ihren freundlichen und gastfreundlichen Bewohnern und ihren köstlichen Restaurants und Bars verzaubert. Die Villa Emma ist ein wahres Schmuckstück: wir fühlten uns in die Zeit der eleganten Belle Époque zurückversetzt. Diese Villa ist ein Traum für alle, die Nostalgie und den Charme der Vergangenheit lieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben 9 Tage mit unserem 11 Monate alten Sohn in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir sind super zufrieden und können sie gerade für kleine Familien sehr empfehlen. Für unseren Sohn war ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Zudem ist die Wohnung ziemlich kindersicher gestaltet und so konnte sich unser Kleiner ohne Probleme frei in der Wohnung bewegen. Der kleine Garten ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt und ist wie die Wohnung auch super ordentlich und gepflegt. Einfach super! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Dom z niesamowitym tarasem i widokiem! Cisza, spokoj, idealnie miejsce by napawac sie Jeziorem Como. Dojazd krętymi, stromymi, waskimi uliczkami tylko jednym pasem, dla wprawnych kierowcow. Bez auta się nie dojedzie. W domku czysciutko, wygodne łóżka, zestaw ręczników w lazience, duza kuchnia. Super że na tarasie jest stol i lezaki. Woda od razu goraca w prysznicu. W domku było chlodno, ale wlascicielka zapewnila farelke. Jestesmy zachwyceni i wszyscy uwazamy, ze to byl nasz najlepszy nocleg :)

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig gut! Besonders die Ausstattung war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Haus entsprach rundum unseren Vorstellungen und den Bildern. Die Einfahrt zum Haus war wirklich sehr steil, sodass man gut aufpassen sollte, mit welchen Autos man anreist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Rückmeldungen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

La maison de Julien, nichée dans la montagne est un endroit atypique, cosy et très paisible. En s'y rendant, vous aurez une vue sur le lac de Côme à vous couper le souffle. De nombreuses randonnées sont accessibles depuis la maison. Vous trouverez aussi à Colico de nombreux restaurants, des plages pour se baigner et de quoi faire du shopping. Julien est un super hôte, accueillant, bienveillant et plein de conseils pour un séjour réussi. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Gabriele. Ein tolles Airbnb mit viel Charm und liebevoll eingerichtet. Viele zusätzliche Decken und Kissen vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gabriele war sehr hilfsbereit und für alle Frage offen, die er sehr schnell beantwortete. Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir nur bei der Duschkabine. Die Lage ist super, und der Ausblick am Morgen , auf dem Balkon ist unbeschreiblich. Einfach Traumhaft!

I like to imagine this was someone's grandma's house... It feels very authentic and the views are incredible.

This was the most unusual lodging I've ever been in on a road trip The house had everything I needed and more. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I was lucky enough to spend a few evenings there, processing all the content for the day to the sound of birdsong. It's not easy to get here, but it's worth it. When you open the door of this house, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. Unforgettable experience, thank you!

What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem idyllischen Airbnb in den Bergen bei Lake Lugano. Das kleine italienische Dorf strahlt Ruhe aus, perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Die umliegende Natur mit ihren Bergen ist atemberaubend, und es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Das Airbnb selbst ist makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wer Ruhe, Natur und italienische Dorfidylle sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
