Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available to you. Guests especially appreciate the nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on approx. 120 m2. Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with old wood look make the chalet completed in December 2022 something very special. Sauna, hot tub, electric car charging station, fiber-optic internet, tiled stove with glass front, spacious bathrooms and a modern kitchen leave nothing to be desired in the lovingly furnished chalet. And this is only a few minutes away from Kreischberg.

This house with ~ 270m ² living space is furnished in the style of the 70s and comfortable. The ground floor is divided into kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and pantry. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each with their own shower + WC, 3 of them with a balcony and TV. In the attic is a spacious studio apartment as can be seen on the photos. Relaxation zone on our own fish ponds incl. Barbecue area.

The "1A Chalet" Klippitzrast is our sunny alpine house. At 1500 meters above sea level, you are in the idyllic hiking area. To the Wörthersee beach in 1 hour. You can relax in the indoor sauna. Towels/linens/coffee capsules INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! The beds have been upgraded with high-quality mattresses. A 50" UHD TV with entertainment system is another highlight. In summer, the spacious panoramic terrace invites you to grill.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
