My house is built in the garden, away from the busy of town, it only takes you 10 mins walk to the centre though. The house is a quite place and has the view of Sa pa town and Ham Rong mountain. Aimed at convenience, the house has its own bathroom, a small kitchen with amenities that you can prepare your own meal. There's also working space for you who need to work while traveling with high speed wifi. Outside is garden and terrace where you can sit, enjoy a coffee and chill out.

Unfortunately I only stayed for one night because I spontaneously extended my trip, but the place is really great! It has a perfect location: quiet, yet close to the city. The room was as described but what really stood out to me was the energy of the owners. They radiate an aura of sympathy. The bar in front offers creative drinks as well as local craft beer and wine. It's a good place to meet people to talk to. When I come back to Sa Pa this is the place to stay!

Everything was really good, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, the house is beautiful and entirely renovated in the middle of the fields, it has a great view on the mountain and the valley, the garden is very nice.

May and her family are extremely welcoming hosts! They are very friendly and often took the initiative to find out about our plans, so that they can accommodate to us. The location is very peaceful and a great getaway into the village! May recommended many activities for us to do, such as trekking, motorbike tour, climbing fansipan mountain (all guided by her or Cao), so you won’t have to stress too much about finding local guides! The Airbnb is located at least 30min away from sapa town by car, and there’s only two taxi drivers who are skilled enough to drive through the bumpy terrain of the villages to get to the Airbnb! May and Cao are very quick to contact them whenever we needed the transport. The food prepared by May and her family is extremely delicious too! Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits :) I did not have trouble communicating with May and Cao as they can speak English well! Overall I highly recommend this airbnb, I hope to come back one day!

We had the most wonderful time. I travelled with my husband and 1-year-old son and we felt right at home. Everything looked like in the pictures and the best part were our wonderful and kind hosts. My son enjoyed playing in the living room and outdoors. Fair warning, it can get a bit busy with people who come for the restaurant (understandably as the food is amazing!) and as described in the listing the walls are very thin so noise travels fast. Overall, we would 100% recommend and visit again.

Incredible stay — amazing view and lovely hosts! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the room (and that bathtub!) was absolutely breathtaking — we could have stayed there all day just watching the mountains and clouds. The room was spotless, stylish, and so peaceful. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, from local tips to telling us the best attractions with trekking and organised the Fansipan summit for us. We felt so well looked after. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend — we’d love to come back!
