Gorgeous views , insane balcony it was beautifullllllll . We loved our stay . The place was very nice and spacious . Would 100% recommend this spot to everybody .The receptionists in the lobby were also amazing and very nice and helped us get taxis and everything we needed . 10/10 !!!!!

Shanaan is a great host. She gives clear instructions and the space matches the photos and everything for a good stay is present. Also think of the things you can't bring with you, such as a parasol. Fast and clear communication, definitely recommended.

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Our stay at Ricardo's was absolutely amazing. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the famous Maho Beach where you can watch planes land up close ✈️, and also super close to the airport and all the local hotspots, restaurants, shops. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and every detail was thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although the standard arrival time was after 4:00 pm, we were generously offered an earlier slot at 1:00 pm. The self check-in process was a breeeze. Everything went smoothly, and departure was just as easy. A lovely bonus was the complimentary bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. Whether you’re looking to explore the island or unwind in a clean, cozy, and well-located home base, this spot is perfect. 👏 We highly recommend this five stars listing! Just an awesome place to spend time in Simpson bay. The penthouse was awesome and would love to come back in the future. The kids had so much fun in the water. Simona went out of her way to ensure we had everything to enjoy our trip.

Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Oliver's place is a gem for its location and amenities. The property was very nice, and the views from the pool were truly great. Its location is excellent - a quick and easy walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of a local market and shopping nearby was also a real bonus. I appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

I had a lovely one month stay at this very well equipped apartment in Jordan Village, Cupecoy, Sint Maarten. A low key basic comfortable and spacious apartment, with all basic amenities you would need. Plus some nice complementary extras. Apartment was immaculately clean, and the pool in the apartment complex area was sooo good. Safe neighbourhood with basic shops and eateries within easy walking distance. 10-20 min walking distance to Mullet and Cupecoy beaches, and easy driving to all beaches on the island; 10 min drive to Maho Village and Princess Juliana International Airport. Very hospitable and responsive host, Vishal facilitated a comfortable first rate experience. I hope to rent from Vishal again for even longer stays in this lovely place in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is in a great location and has a fantastic pool with plane observation deck. Phil is a very responsive and considerate host and we would totally recommend this listing to anyone!

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

An amazing stay all around! I went in May so we were greeted with an entrance of lush trees and gorgeous flowers that led up to the front door (great for pictures). The unit looks even better in person-- extremely clean and spacious with beautiful decor. The living room couch is super comfy, my friend barely slept in her room that's how comfy it was. The view of the beach was great. Although the planes are nearby, there was no noise pollution when we were inside, which was great for peace and quiet. Sylvia was very responsive, thorough, kind and friendly. I highly recommend booking with them!

We had an amazing time. The place was just like the pictures. Kevin's recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We ate 3 times at Fat Tony's. Good food, good price and good music. Would go to Sint Maarten again and would stay at Kevin's again.
