Great place to stay with plenty of room!!! Area is walking distance to 7-11. Local vendors on the same street with great options and prices. There is a market available which is a great option for breakfast and lunch. Walk across the bridge and you will discover grocery stores. Coffee shops, and restaurants to choose. The area is so peaceful and quiet. If you have questions about WiFi. No need to worry I was able to stream shows easily. Or have many zoom meetings without any problems. On my first arrival had a small issue and Krittiya was quick with a resolution and fixed the whole situation. Going above and beyond. Even followed up with me to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Great communication!! A must stay if you’re looking in this area.

Ich habe die Wohnung für 2 Monate genietet und ich bin voll zufrieden gewesen. Gut für alle, die nicht Zentral leben wollen. Von Mo-Fr gibt es an der Hauptstrasse (2 Min Fussweg) einen mega Markt mit frischem Thai Food und leckeren Früchten. Man kann mit dem Bus oder Taxi in die Innenstadt kommen. Die Wohnung ist im 10 Stock. Der Balkon liegt auf der Windigen Seite. Man einen schönen Ausblick auf den Airport. Einen 7 Eleven gibt es auch vor der Tür. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage hingegen war sehr alt und vor allen sehr laut, weshalb ich ihn in der Nacht nicht nutzen konnte, obwohl ich einen Lärmschutz getragen habe. Die Wohnung bietet auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Staubsauger. Danke für alles.

Krittiya must be one of the friendliest hosts that I've ever met. She was extremely responsive and always answered my questions whenever I needed some help. The place looked exactly like the photos and the listed description. We had everything we needed while staying there, from cooking tools, and eating utensils to cleaning equipment. We were also given a generous tray full of welcoming snacks and water bottles when we first arrived. It was such a thoughtful gesture from the lovely host. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I'd always recommend Krittiya to anyone who's planning to visit Thailand.

Отличное жилье за разумные деньги, вид с балкона шикарный. Бассейн чистый с хорошей территорией вокруг. Метро рядом, остановка с автобусами до центра вообще в двух шагах, но конечно добираться в центр довольно долго. Для длительного пребывания в Бангкоке для нас это был отличный вариант! Хозяйка очень приятная и отзывчивая. Мы остались всем довольны, спасибо за всё!

Заселение в жилье было самостоятельное, ключ лежал в ящике. Окна на солнечную сторону, видно бассейн из окна. В квартире было все необходимое для проживания - мыло, шампунь, кофе и прочее. Хозяйка жилья очень любезна, приятно общаться. Сама квартира светлая и чистая, все работает

This is a great place in a peaceful part of town away from all the tourism madness, and Krittiya is just a really great hostess. She was always friendly and had great recommendations for visiting Bangkok in general. I would recommend staying here at this condo, but I would also recommend staying anywhere that Krittiya is managing. She is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.

Очень дружеблюдный владелец, рядом есть food mall, тц и ночной рынок. На такси до аэропорта ехать примерно 20 минут. Оставались чисто переночевать, все понравилось

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

Нам с женой все понравилось. Хорошее место, смутило только отсутствие столовых приборов, в остальном все хорошо. Жилье стоит своих денег!

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the BTS. There are lots of hotels within the area so ensure your driver stops at the Trinity Complex, not at Trinity Silom. Great skyline day and night time view.

주변에 놀거리가 많아서 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 사진과같이 집이 아주 넓고 쾌적합니다. 방콕에 다시 올때 또 방문 할 예정입니다.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We stayed here almost one month, this is such a great place, we felt right away at home! The host, who fluently speaks English, made us feel welcomed and accommodated all our needs. The apartment is comparatively enormous, there are 4/5 rooms. All the rooms are decorated with memories from the host's travels. The rooms and bathroom are really nice and clean. The bathroom has hot water. All rooms come with an AC, each one a different one. The main bedroom has a new super quiet AC. The kitchen comes with all necessary tools for cooking a healthy meal. Wifi is super fast. There is a nice table for working and even a sumptuous chair with wheels. There is a swimming pool. The location is quiet and not too far from a Big C. We'll definitely come back here again when we are in Thailand, thank you again for hosting us!!

Its worth every penny. The place is wonderful even if it's little bit far from attractions. There is a night market near the BTS station which is 20 mins walk from the place. Tops, 7-11, Big c mini all r near by within 1.5km. I fully enjoyed my stay. if I'm again visiting bangkok, I'll surely stay here if it's available. 👌🏼✨

This was a great place to stay! There were a few challenges with the apartment complex when checking in, but Pankhun was very responsive and helpful in clearing everything up. The gym was smaller and not as nice as the pictures, but the pool was great and usually empty. The apartment is also in an amazing spot, just a few minutes away from BTS station Bearing. The apartment was clean with no bugs or ants. Appliances such as stovetop and washing machine are a little old, but still in good condition. I lived here for several months, and it was a great place to be. Very safe, fully furnished, and a great price for the area.

I loved the flat! I found everything I needed, even an umbrella, so much attention to details from Sirapong who is a friendly and very responsive owner. I just loved going back to the flat after a lond day in noisy Bangkok. The facilities are amazing. I loved the pool, the fitness room and the steam room. They were all I need after a day in Bangkok. I'll definitely be back my next time in Bangkok. Thanks Sirapong!
