매우 아름다운 3층 건물로 이루워졌으며, 1층에 카페와 레스토랑이 위치해 있습니다. 매우 맛있는 커피에 감명 받아서 매일 아침 커피를 마셨으며, 유명한 프렌치 레스토랑 인지 외국인들이 차를 타고 방문하는것 같았습니다. 숙소는 아파트 형식으로 3층에 테라스와 큰 창이 우리를 맞이해 주었으며, 매우큰 나무가 창가에 자리하여 우리를 보호해주고 분위기가 좋았습니다. 침실과 거실 화장실 모두 매우 깨끗하였으며, 올드타운 타페게이트 건너편 골목 안쪽에 위치하여 매우 편리하지만 조용한 골목에 좋은 위치라고 생각하였습니다.

The place is so clean and cozy, especially the rooftop pool is gorgeous! So far it is the best place I’ve stayed in Chiang Mai! Really enjoyed the entire experience and really appreciate the help from the host. Anyone seeking accommodation in Chiang Mai should consider this place, it is absolutely awesome!

Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. 숙소는 설명과 같이 일치했으며 부대시설을 이용하기가 좋았어요.콘도에서 센트럴페스티벌까지 도보로 이용할 수 있어 생활에 전혀 불편함이 없고 숙소내에 커뮤니티시설도 잘 갖춰져있어 숙소내에서 시간을 보내기도 좋아요. 걷는 것이 괜찮다면 콘도를 나서서 1킬로미터정도에 로컬시장이 있어 매번 센트럴이 지겨울때 가볼만 합니다.숙소내에 불편함없도록 필요한 집기들이 구비되어 있고 잘 관리된 느낌으로 장기투숙에도 좋을 것 같습니다.호스트는 항상 빠른응대로 친절히 대해 주어 고마웠어요.치앙마이에 오실 분들에게 추천해요.

我在Peter和Nuan的家里度过了非常愉快的住宿体验！这间公寓布置得非常漂亮，每一个角落都很有设计感，视觉上非常舒适。位置就在宁曼路附近，步行就能到，但环境却安静无扰，没有任何噪音打扰。 窗外风景非常迷人，可以看到漂亮的房子和素贴山的美景。整栋楼都禁烟，干净整洁，住得很安心。Peter和Nuan都非常友善，回复也非常及时，我非常感谢他们的接待。希望将来还能再回来！

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

A beautiful villa! Enjoyed my stay throughly here. It was exactly like the photos and very beautiful with many small cafes 1-2 minutes walk away. Hosts Aum and Boris were lovely and checked in with me before we arrived to provide instructions on check in, airport pick up and checked if we required anything else. They were so responsive and helpful to my questions as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Staying at Lux Villa in Chiang Mai was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Tucked away in a quiet area just a short drive from the city center, it felt like our own private oasis — peaceful, beautiful, and so relaxing. The villa itself was stunning, both luxurious and homey. The bedrooms were super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We especially loved spending time by the private pool — morning dips, lazy afternoons in the sun, and evenings under the stars. It was exactly what we needed to unwind. One of the best parts was how easy everything felt. We had plenty of space to spread out, cook meals, or just hang out in the open living area. Even though we weren’t right in the middle of town, getting to Chiang Mai’s temples, cafes, and markets was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay that still keeps you close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer, I can’t recommend Lux Villa enough. We were genuinely sad to leave.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Natty in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war groß,geräumig und recht sauber. Des Weiteren kann man über den Preis echt nicht meckern und man kann auch Abstriche sehr gut verkraften. Beispielsweise die Duschtür geht nicht ganz zu und dann läuft das Wasser raus, oder der Tisch hat ein paar Macken. Aber im Großen und Ganzen in Hinsicht auch auf das auf dem Preises. Bin ich sehr zufrieden mit den paar Nächten, die ich in Chiang Mai verbringen durfte.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

We have stayed in a few different hotels/ home stays in SE Asia and this was by far the best one! In terms of value for money you won’t beat it. The rooftop pool, gym, sauna, steam room and the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Great area, not too far from the Old town. Highly highly recommend 😁.

Gostei muito de ter ficado neste apartamento, senti me como se estivesse em casa com uma vista fantástica e a proprietária sempre mostrou se muito disponível e querida. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de uma área tranquila, cosmopolita e internacional. Espero poder voltar no futuro 🙂

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
