Beachfront vacation rentals in Mrezga

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cet appartement qui correspond en tous points à ce qui était annoncé et à ce que nous en attendions. La petite terrasse est très agréable pour lire, bavarder, prendre un verre, le tout avec le parfum du jasmin, et le reste de l'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. La résidence est calme, bien entretenue et sécurisée. La proximité de la plage est un atout, tout comme la station de taxis juste à l'entrée de la résidence, ce qui facilite les déplacements vers Hammamet ou Nabeul. Quelques chouettes restaurants sont très proches, ce qui est toujours très agréable. Hatem est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et même proactif. Nous y reviendrons certainement et avec un très grand plaisir.

What can I say….I almost don’t want to write my review and keep this ‘gem’ of a place well hidden from everyone, all for myself but that would be doing Jihed a terrible disservice. Jihed was the perfect host, as was the property the perfect property for my needs. I booked ‘very’ last minute and Jihed was ever so accommodating and we had great continuous communication, right up until my arrival, where he met me, showing me the apartment. The property itself is exactly as described, however, I don’t believe the photos show it to its full potential. Be assured its layout, tasteful interior and external roof top terrace is sublime. I enjoyed my sunset and sunrise yoga, relaxing whilst taking in the local atmosphere of Hammamet. Its location is great, a short walking distance from shops, cafes, eateries and also the main Medina of Hammamet. I had a car, easy to find and parking was great. I was a solo traveller and felt completely at ease during my stay. Can’t wait to return! Thanks J ?

Mehrez is an amazing host. He solved all my questions/requests on the same day. Also, on the first day of my stay, I asked him to install a cable for work (for the Internet, I needed a LAN cable). Mehrez made an additional hole in the wall on the same day and installed the cable into the apartment. Mehrez also helped organize a transfer from/to airport. The apartments are the best in Hammamet in terms of price/quality/location. Opposite the apartments there is a large hotel with an exit/entrance for employees, you cannot go through it to the beach. It is better to walk to the right to the central entrance, where they will let you in to the sea. And it is even better to go to the La Sirene restaurant and get drinks/food there (sun loungers with umbrellas are free). Nearby, I recommend cafe number 1 - I ROLL, number 2 - The Corner (right at the exit from the apartment), number 3 - The Chef by Boulehia. There is a laundry on the roof. Only moto noise from road was minus for me.

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine. Le papa de Nadia nous a très bien accueilli et a été disponible. Espace privé apaisant et sécurisé. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité et plage à quelques minutes à pied.

La villa de la plage (villa Aqua) d Inies est juste un petit paradis ❤️nichée dans une baie sans immeuble ni hôtel . Maison familiale authentique de charme et avec tout le confort . Merci à Lazare et Sabeh qui sont adorables et efficaces . Quant à Inies c est une personne chaleureuse et réactive à toutes demandes , attentive au bien être de ses voyageurs . 9 jours de bonheur pour toute la famille : petits et grands 😜

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Souheil, l'emplacement est top , piscine propre, les enfants se sont éclatés, franchement rien à dire. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine inchallah !

Les quelques jours chez Sarah se sont très bien passés. L'appartement était propre, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Sarah s'est montré arrangeante, réactive et sympathique :)

Maison magnifique, parfaitement située face à une plage paradisiaque. Le cadre est à la fois idyllique et apaisant. Seul petit bémol : la cuisine, dont les équipements gagneraient à être modernisés et mieux entretenus. Un grand merci à Leila pour sa réactivité, et à Tarek, le gardien, pour sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁

J’ai passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette spacieuse villa bien équipée et à proximité d’une belle plage peu fréquentée. Ouissem était à l’écoute, répondait à la minute à mes messages et m’a fournit plusieurs recommandations et adresses aux alentours qui m’ont permis de trouver tout ce qu’il faut pour profiter aux max de ce havre de paix, que je recommande vivement pour les familles aussi bien pour les groupes d’amis. Merci Ouissem, j’y reviendrai sûrement quand l’occasion se présentera de nouveau.

Wir haben uns in dem authentisch gestalteten Haus sofort wohl gefühlt und die wunderschönen Innenhöfe sehr genossen. Die Lage ist toll, wir konnten am Ort alles zu Fuß unternehmen und waren schnell am Strand. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatten gute Empfehlungen für uns. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder, der April ist eine tolle Reisezeit.

Fantastic apartment, great location, walking distance from all the amenities: shops, supermarket, restaurants, mosque, old media and the beach/sea. The apartment was in a quiet and very secure residence area in the heart of the tourist zone. It was well equipped with all essential items needed to enjoy our stay with an enormous terrace with sea views. The owner was friendly and helpful. We are hopeful to return again in the future as we loved our stay.

Le logement propre et suffisamment fourni, mobilier en tres bonne etat,equipement fonctionnel. un excellent voisinage.Le proprietaire a ete toujours a l'ecoute et a repondu a toutes mes reclamations . Je compte y retourner.

Notre séjour A Nabeule a été fantastique zied et son frère Sofien ont été formidables La maison est magnifique Avec une superbe piscine Nous sommes Plus que c'est ravie d'avoir pris ce RBNB Ils ont été présents pour nous durant notre séjour de 15 jours Ils sont complètement disponibles et très agréables Sofien nous a aiguillé sur toutes les bonnes adresses des restaurants et les endroits à aller visiter. Je conseille vivement ce petit coin de paradis Tout a été au-dessus de nos attentes Karine et Sabine

Die Wohnung von Zinedine ist direkt am Strand gelegen. Man muss nur den Aufzug runterfahren und gelangt in wenigen Metern an den Privatstrand. Unten im Haus ist ein Cafe, dessen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. In der direkten Umgebung sind Restaurants und auch ein Supermarkt. Somit eine perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten. Ein Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Bad des anderen Zimmers ist direkt gegenüber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und im Wohnzimmer kann man chillen. Der Essensbereich ist auch sehr groß. Zied, der Mann für den Check-in und Check-out verantwortlich ist, ist großartig! Er war sehr flexibel, obwohl wir öfters den Termin geändert haben. Dabei blieb er immer freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Sehr tolle Kommunikation!

This is a great apartment for a larger group in Nabeul. The living room is cozy and has a 6-person dining room table, and the kitchen has basic cooking utensils (as well as a blender) for eating in. The rooms are also well furnished and sleep 6 very comfortably. The location near the beach is also great with parking for many cars along the street.
