Charming 5 Star Private Room in Safe Neighborhood!

MoniRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My stay here was great and it was very affordable. Stayed for a week total! It’s clean, comfy and private. Ken responds quickly and he’s really friendly. He’s just a great host overall tbh! Truly! He gave me a list of recommendations for food/activities in the area. A lot of fun festivals/parades and even protests were happening in the city this past weekend. Ken’s place is near everything, literally. The area was quiet. I did hear the people upstairs a few times but it didn’t bother me. I expected that since I was on the third floor. OH! Also, make sure to read his description, etc. I missed the part about the air being set on 75 degrees. It was really warm in the room my entire stay. The ceiling fan kind of helped. Other than that, I would definitely book again. Thank you so much Ken!!

*No Cleaning Fee* + Cozy Room (Near Downtown)

PatrickRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I was very happy with this accommodation. My bedroom and the bathroom were very clean, the living and dining room were spacious and homey; there is a spacious refrigerator with a Brita water filter and I was able to cook some of my dinners in the kitchen. The house is also only a 3 minute walk to several bus lines like the Purple Circulator and the Silver Curtis Bay, making it very easy to get downtown as well as uptown to places like the Baltimore Art Museum. There is also a Safeway supermarket only about a 4 minute walk away, which makes it very convenient to buy food and other necessities. Steven was also very helpful and friendly and so was his cute dog Surf. I have only two recommendations: 1. Please fix the upstairs bathroom lock. 2. The bedroom really could have used a thicker curtain to keep out the light in the early morning hours, to make it easier to sleep.

Cozy Retreat - Classic Style in Little Italy

EmyleeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Airbnb was in perfect walking distance to everywhere I needed to go, the place is exactly as pictures and Rodion did an excellent job of laying out the way to the entrance as well as providing every necessary passcode. Would recommend Little Italy Baltimore to my friends!

The place is very clean and I loved the huge tv in the room with the different lightings throughout the home. The backyard was a nice area to smoke and drink at as well.

Exactly how it’s listed and shown — really cute and tidy place. Hannah was super kind and proactive when it came to making sure we had what we needed. Really good location for any event in the power plant live venue — would absolutely recommend!

Cheerful room near UMB & Convention center, has TV

TomRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I stayed in one of the two bedrooms on the second floor. The host, Shabnam, lives on the third floor, and I appreciate that she's pretty hands-off and respects my privacy while maintaining clear communication via Airbnb messages. The bedroom comes with a TV (which I did not use), a walk-in closet, and a desk. The bed was comfortable to sleep on, although one minor complaint is that the floor is very "sandy." I would suggest that either Shabnam enforces a shoes-off policy or vacuums the room before the guest arrives. The first floor is an eerily empty "living room," although there is a kitchen that you can use, and I appreciate having access to an electric kettle. The Airbnb is very close to downtown—a 15-minute walk brings you to the conference center, and there are a lot of free and/or affordable public transport options you can use while you're in Baltimore. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay.
