We had an incredible stay here. Such a lovely home. Natsuko was so kind to pick us up from the nearby park to direct us to the house.

Traditional house of Japan. Near the station.

JorgeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This hidden gem is conveniently located near the metro line, making it incredibly easy to get around during our stay. We absolutely loved the place—it felt like home, set within a beautifully traditional Japanese-style house. It was truly a wonderful experience, with all the listed amenities and a peaceful atmosphere in a quiet part of town. I highly recommend it for families of three or four. Our host was polite and very helpful whenever we had questions. The thoughtful decor and small details made it feel like one of the most authentic Japanese home experiences you could ask for.

Cozy Tatami House, Nice Area&Good Access in Osaka!

GraceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Natsuko is a very kind and helpful host. She made sure we feel comfortable at her place. She even pick us up at the subway station to show us the way to her place and tell us about the neighbourhood especially where the good restaurants are. The place is the same as advertised. It is clean and very cozy. I’m happy that I finally get to stay in a tatami house without spending that much. We got everything we need in there. Location wise, the Midosuji line is a few minutes walk and there are 711 and Lawson nearby. The JR line is also close by which is a very big help on our way to the airport. I got two luggages (one is a big one) which made me worry a lot. Thankfully, the nearby JR line has elevators which made it convenient for us (no need to take stairs like when we were in Tokyo) and we didn’t need to transfer to another line, we just stayed in the same platform to get into another train bound for the airport. It was a very smooth and convenient trip to the airport.

A large, soft plush dog is seated on a chair, adding a playful element to the cozy dining area. A wooden table is surrounded by four chairs, and light wooden floors enhance the inviting atmosphere. Light blue curtains frame a nearby window.

Perfect as a base for sightseeing in Osaka Nara, a relaxing 2LDK space!

Very friendly and helpful with tips and warm welcome. Pick up and drop off from the station helped enormously. We arrived very late. Space was clean and nice. Bedrooms have a partition that was for me at least. So very good.

This Japanese house was renovated by an architect.

RytisRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This is a very nice, old-style Japanese house where we stayed for two weeks. It has a functional kitchen and a wonderful small garden. Everything works well here, and the nearest train or subway station is around 10 minutes away. It was not loud, but you should be aware that the neighbors are right behind the wall, and the whole house does not have modern soundproofing. The only disadvantage I can think of is that it's probably quite cold to take a shower in winter because of the shower's location. We visited in May, so the weather was very mild. Beware of mosquitoes.

Right in the middle of the action - really close to Dotonbori and Nippombashi and Nankai stations. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the apartment itself has everything you might need relative to the price.
