HALF of THE HOUSE it is private, locked off I live there.I can open additional room double bed four seater if you want. Prior knowledge needs to be mentioned. Suburbia is right behind, and beside, yet awesome rural hectares of views from front yard. The shed is all yours and front yard. Smokers ok, get relaxed and have a cold beer or wine.
