The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Oakdale won't disappoint with its large kitchen island, gas stove, fully stocked kitchen and full-size bathroom with laundry. The bedroom offers a queen bed with soft linens. Great views all around and just a short drive from the north side of Stephenville. Covered parking and an automatic gate means you won't long for much here even if the weather turns wet.
