Perfectly serene. I was passing through for work and pulled up the app and went out of my way just to come here. More than worth it. I sat on the deck and listened to the frogs in the nearby pond and watched the literal 100’s of fireflies in the trees. Thanks, Bryan and Heather.

Kevin and Jaime’s place was perfect, we were traveling to visit family in another state and we stopped here in the way. It was such a quaint and peaceful place. The drive relaxed me immediately with all the farm fields and quiet. There was a clear night sky to see the stars. It just warmed my small town girl heart. We live in the suburbs now and I felt at home here. They even have a pac-n-play that our 11 month old used. It was so nice not to have to haul ours out. Overall the stay was perfect. Our German Shepherd was just in love with the trails and free rein she got to have to run around. I recommend bug spray since it’s flea and tick season. We already know we will stay with them again on our way back. We highly recommend this place for your relaxation needs, even for just a night.

Everything was perfect at Christy's place. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The surroundings were beautiful, the furnishings and decor were lovely, and Christy was responsive and extremely helpful. There was a weather event the day we arrived, and Christy checked in with us frequently to make sure our travel was uninterrupted and that all was in order when we arrived. Truly, we could not have asked for a better experience. Christy recommended Floyds 104 and it was great. We even met Floyd!

Always love staying in this beautiful little town during our cross-country travels! The apartment above the coffee/bike shop makes it easy to grab a beverage in the AM and either relax or hit the road.

Audrey’s Abode is truly something special. This isn’t just a cabin—it’s an actual log cabin, full of rustic charm and timeless craftsmanship. The moment we stepped inside, we felt tucked away in a peaceful world of its own, surrounded by countryside serenity. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy quilts to the vintage touches like the stained-glass window and heritage decor. The kitchen had a perfect view of the open fields, and we loved watching the morning light stretch across the farm from the sink window. But the real magic happened at night. The stars were absolutely gorgeous. With zero light pollution, the night sky lit up in a way that took our breath away—constellations stretching from horizon to horizon. We spent a long time just staring up in awe. This stay was a beautiful reminder to slow down, breathe deep, and enjoy life’s quiet moments. Thank you, Audrey, for sharing such a soul-soothing place with us.

Cute little house with fun back porch and yard. Appreciated it being pet friendly. the kitchen is awesome and helped us prepare for an event in town we were hosting. Rebecca was very responsive. helpful, and kind. the decor is very cute with a great bathroom and very comfy beds and couches. Will stay here again when coming to central IL to visit relatives. Great location in Jacksonville.
