Private room & attached bath. No smoking, no kids

Queen bed, desk, smart TV and recliner. Attached private bathroom. Lots of outdoor space (4 acres). We occasionally will have livestock, and always have chickens, and wild bunnies. We offer an alarm clock, a night light, and white noise sound machine. There is a ceiling fan. You will have your own small fridge in the sunroom. Please no smoking anywhere on the property, and no food in the room! We had a negative experience with an airbnb guests' kid so we no longer allow kids.

Great place with lots of room for fun! Located 20 miles from Jackson Lake State Park.Very family friendly, with a very private hot tub area, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a 65" TV, and a TV in each bedroom. Very comfortable beds and bedding. You can enjoy the swing, tree house, or fire pit with wood supplied in the front yard. Home is located on private property next to the host's private residence. There are 2 entrances, one in the front and a more private rear entrance.
