The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. This is a very light big apartment, located on the sunny side of the building, (3rd floor without elevator) and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 15 min away from city center (Stephansplatz), using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Hofer)
