Vacation rentals with a patio in Moraira

I can recommend the accommodation without reservation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

A charming, well-kept and clean house, with everything you need. The terrace is very cozy and sunny all day long. A car is needed for practically everything, but there is a supermarket and pharmacy a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest cove is a 3-minute drive away. There is private parking for guests in the Bungalow. The hosts were operational and responded quickly.

The place was really nice and we would definitely recommend it to others. The view from the balcony is great and our kids really loved the pools. Thanks a lot Julien for a great holiday at your place:)

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

Josè Manuel was the most welcoming host! The apartment was just pristine! We could still smell the cleaning chemicals on our arrival so we just knew it was hygienic! The location was perfect for what we wanted, close enough to go into the hustle and bustle but far enough away to have a good nights sleep without interruptions. The apartment was just as described, we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautifully tastefully decorated apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the ad. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town center. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment with Valentina as a host to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful holiday in this spacious and bright house with an absolutely breathtaking view. Coffee in the morning with this view… great! The house is located in quiet and private, on a very spacious plot. Due to the location, you definitely need the car to go to shops and restaurants, but we knew that and we enjoyed it. The airconditioners in the bedrooms work very well, wonderful in the warm and humid summer nights. The owners are very kind and quick to respond, check in supereasy.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is just what we were looking for, spacious, clean . Comfortable, safe (grjas on all doors and windows) screens in the windows (essential for the time of year) all on one level, very clean pool and ideal terrace, for the hottest hours the air conditioning in all rooms is available although we did not use it much since we were outside most of the time . As the only objection to commenting on the scarce kitchenware (plates and glasses) we had to buy half a dozen and the lack of a dishwasher (essential in these times) it must be borne in mind that our stay was long and we made many meals at home. Otherwise fantastic

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We had a lovely stay! The highlight was definitely the stunning view—absolutely breathtaking. The patio was perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and it really made the space feel like a true getaway. The bedroom did get a bit warm at night, especially during the hotter evenings, but the hosts provided a fan which helped keep things comfortable. Overall, a peaceful, scenic spot that we'd happily return to! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is sparkling clean and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) played wonderfully in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!) and by car you can be in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and have a nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several lovely places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Tina and Roger are adorable, the place is perfect. With a lockbox and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the views are breathtaking. Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!
