Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

LA PASTOURELLE BY THE LAKE – FISHING AND NATURE IN A WILD AND EXCLUSIVE SETTING Experience the charm of La Pastourelle; its attention to detail (entirely restored 2018), along with the peace and beauty of this wild, protected and private location, offers total relaxation. The 18th Century, traditional stone, Morvandelle house, its sunbathed terrace, faces its own lake and sits within the 7 hectares of park and forest on the domaine of the old Auberge des Brizards. Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The Vanilla House

In the heart of the Morvan Regional Park in the village of Montreuillon, the 3-star gîte is a perfect base for your sports and cultural activities. Sports activities: hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, swimming, fishing. Cultural activities in historic places like Vezelay or the archaeological site of Bibracte. Served by a small road with very little traffic, this cottage offers a spacious garden. The grounds are enclosed and equipped with a children's playground.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Butterfly House

You have access to a private cottage with terrace. The gîte is located opposite our house and is more than 100 years old . The bakery with some groceries is a stone's throw away. The famous Lac de Panneciere is located 9 kilometers from our house and for lovers of outdoor activities a very desirable place. Fishing and swimming or enjoying nature. Furthermore, the town of Corbigny is 15 kilometers away, where there are several supermarkets and restaurants.

Rustic Forge with Hot Tub & Nature – Morvan

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional bedroom in a former hayloft (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. (No kitchenette) but Electric hobs and gas BBQ available with pots, pans, plates… Hikes from the house, games (boules, ping-pong, badminton) and bike rental.
