Alexis has been really accommodating from the very beginning, especially with our children’s need (a baby and a toddler), very kind, and check in and check out is flexible. Location is right at the center of town, beautiful! The place itself is small but charming, the bathroom is spacious, modern and clean with high pressure shower. Kitchen is also very modern with induction stovetop. AC in the bedroom is life saving and can get really nice and cold in the hot summer days 😉 we would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Amboise. Thank you Alexis!

We had a fabulous weekend in Tours, with incredible, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated accommodation! The location is ideal, the apartment is quiet, perfectly isolated and easy to access! All the comforts are there, you can go there without so much as a second thought! Jérôme and Bea are super welcoming, we felt right at home! We can't wait to come back!

This place was Spacious; very Spacious for just my husband and I. Loved It!! Walking distance for a lot of stores and restaurants. If You really want to treat yourself go to Le Reserve-it was amazing!! Get the Apple for dessert. Eating at and living near the Clock Tower and an easy walk to the Chateau d’ Amboise was perfect. Take a cold bottle of water if you’re walking to Leonardo Di Vinci’s home. It’s worth the walk, but it is a workout, especially with no Cold Water. The chime on the Clock Tower at the 1/2 hr made me smile. Reminded me I was in France every-time! I think it stopped at 6 pm daily. I would not only return I would live here!! Merci

La Quintessence was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Amboise. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need to use. Sophie is a great host, with a long list of great recommendations which made the weekend easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back!

Thank you for a great stay! Your home was immaculate and we enjoyed all the art work and all the amenities of home. It was a very hot week with moderate heat warnings and that means with no ac the bedrooms on the second and third floors were quite warm. We appreciated the fans that were available to us. Allow he information we needed was given beforehand and also left in a very helpful house manual. We enjoyed the local recommendations and clear details about everything we could possibly have thought to ask about We would stay again and wish we were back now!

Beautifully renovated house, very spacious, bright and very pleasant to stay in. The bedding was excellent and each bedroom has its own bathroom! We loved it! It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

Great brand new and complete accommodation

Karine is a very attentive host. I had never woken up in a rental with hot croissants waiting for us. We had the flexibility to leave, as there were no other guests after us. We felt very good on this well furnished terrace. It was a perfect place for our romantic weekend and we warmly thank Karine.

You can't find a better service that matches the description on the site perfectly. The humility of our hosts in relation to their "novitiate" in AirB&B and their desire to receive any criticism or suggestion for improvement are very commendable. But as stated in many reviews published before mine, Jean-Noël and Cathy are already the best. Also, any improvements will be minor details compared to the overall situation. Thanks again to them for the pleasant stay we had at their home.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

Very well equipped and very clean accommodation. True to the description on the internet. Self check-in appreciated. Only negative point: the bedroom window with a very small curtain facing the hallway.
