We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in Claudon. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and provided a generous space with fabulous views and all of the comforts and equipment necessary. We could walk from the front door around the lake and through tranquil forests. The location is quiet and peaceful but all amenities (shops, restaurants and cafes are available within a short drive.) Anne was friendly and very efficient with all communication and in anticipating every need. She and her charming husband Patrice were most welcoming and informative.

We spent 2 nights in Anja's nice accommodation and unfortunately only had time for one hike. But there are many hiking opportunities in the surrounding area. Anja lives next door, is a very kind, dear hostess, always available and yet discreet. The accommodation matches the description, was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you might need. However, the staircase to the bedroom is very steep, which unfortunately was not so good for me and our dog Elli. But Anja immediately provided us with a very comfortable folding bed, which we could set up in the living room. Thank you😘❤️.
