Enjoy a game of golf at Mountain Glen Golf Club or take a short drive to Grandfather Mountain or Linville Falls, drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway or go hiking or rafting, see the stalactites at Linville Caverns and then come back to appreciate the sunset from the living room window. In winter, enjoy a day of skiing or sledding at nearby Beech Mountain or Sugar Mountain. Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing is also nearby. Return home, build a snowman and enjoy the gas log fireplace which takes the mountain chill off the evenings. Experience our fully appointed kitchen if you choose to eat in or venture out to local restaurants in nearby Linville, Banner Elk, Boone, or even Asheville. This is located in Linville Land Harbor where we have golf, fishing, tennis, pickleball as well we are 10-15 minutes from Grandfather Mountain, snow skiing at Sugar and Beech mountain 12 mins from the house. Plenty of hiking on the Appalachian trail very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We have three wineries within 15 mins. We have many places with local music within 15-20 mins from the house.
