Visiting from the US! Just what we needed! Went there and stayed for the Canadian Grand Prix f1 weekend. About a 45 minute drive to the metro station for the yellow line. It’s not perfect as far as some Airbnb's go that you pay $$$ for. It is however perfect for a place to relax, sleep, watch TV and have a quiet place to stay. It is close to stores and some restaurants. All within about 15 minutes or so. You can tell it’s lived in and it has its little flaws. Don’t let that deter you from staying here as it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

We spent most of our time at the space in the outdoor patio and covered area. The Metro was at the end of the block.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed — including AC, fresh linens, coffee, tea, a steam press, and more. We truly enjoyed our time there. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which made our stay even more comfortable. Our host was kind, responsive, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely, modern apartment. Super easy to get to from the airport and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

Great location to stay. We had everything we needed here. The location was great for us as it was only a short walk to the main downtown area streets. The parking was super easy to access and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t beat Joe’s place for location and host responsiveness at a relatively competitive price. Super close to Old City and Boulevard Saint Laurent area( check out all the murals), next to an IGA too. Joe was responsive and flexible and met us at our convenience to show us in. The apartment was comfortable, neat and tidy, complete, had free parking to boot! Our stay was made much more enjoyable with Joe’s place as our home in Montreal. A couple of minor points to consider: bathroom could have done with a towel rack or simple hooks to hang clothes; no black-out blinds (but this was not a big deal for us) - on the plus side, glass all around so nice and bright to see that spectacular city view, and one of the bedrooms had one glass window facing the balcony without a curtain. Other than that, would not hesitate to recommend and to stay again.

Beau petit loft, très propre ! C’est tranquille et nous avons bien dormis. Accès à la piscine et à un spa. La salle de bain est plutôt petite mais fonctionnelle. Nécessaire de cuisine disponible. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

L’hôte très accueillante a l’arrivée.

Amazing tranquil home which was very relaxing, and Dennis made sure we would have no problems or questions during our stay. Lovely location at river’s edge, many birds singing while we enjoyed our morning coffee on the beautifully constructed deck. Loved it, we really hope to return when in the area.

Nous avons adoré les grandes baies vitrées donnant l’impression de vivre en pleine nature, sans aucun vis-à-vis. Tout est pensé pour le confort : literie de qualité, propreté irréprochable, nombreux équipements (dont un poêle à bois pour des soirées cosy). Les enfants ont été ravis de découvrir des jouets sur place. La communication avec l’hôte a été parfaite, réactive et attentionnée. Sincèrement nous en étions à notre quatrième édition de week-end de filles, donc c’était notre quatrième chalet et je peux vous dire allez-y c’est un chalet avec tous les commodités quatre machines à café différentes deux frigidaires sur place pour coucher neuf personnes dans les lits séparées en fait deux dans un lit King et le reste avait toute chacun leur lit nous c’était un m.ust pour nous d’avoir notre lit chacune .Il ne manquait de rien. Les autres sont actifs. Le chalet était propre accueillant. Nous avons adoré la véranda avec tous les moustiquaires autour un beau hamac dedans, les embarcations aussi plusieurs chalets qu’on a fait des embarcations n’étaient pas nécessairement adéquats souvent brisé là le paddle Board, ainsi que le pédalo était très fonctionnel, je n’ai que du positif pour ce chalet ☺️

Un deuxième séjour au Chêne Blanc, et toujours aussi magique! Le chalet est magnifique, parfaitement équipé, intime et chaleureux — un vrai bijou en pleine nature. Tout était fonctionnel et bien pensé, et l’hôte est toujours aussi attentionné et facile à communiquer. Un endroit où on décroche complètement. Merci encore, et à bientôt j’espère!

Very comfortable stay in the heart of nature - waking up to bird calls and rabbits prancing around the backyard. Really well equipped cottage - and they thoughtfully provided towels and treats for our dogs. A short drive to several charming lakes and towns . Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, the property was beautiful and well keep! It was peaceful and relaxing! If we are ever in the area again we definitely would book again!

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).
