Still located conveniently close to businesses of all kinds including multiple down town areas, HWY 17 and 85, 1 mile from Netflix. We only spent one night at Andrew's place, but it was great. Gorgeous area, and the house was just what we needed for our family for the night. Word to the wise- follow Andrew's alternate directions to the house instead of the GPS directions. We accidentally followed the GPS route and it was terrifyingly vertical, but the way Andrew recommended was fine.
