The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Relax in this quiet, elegant and typical cottage of the Drôme des Collines on the edge of the forest. In the heart of a 6000 m2 park, it is located in the old barn and the barns of the building. From the house you can walk miles of paths in the heart of nature. The Drome des Collines is rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage. You will also find Monts d'Ardèche and Vercors 30 minutes away. The pool is put into operation in mid-May.
