Apartamento reformado y con mobiliario nuevo a menos de 30 metros del mar. Cerca de varios locales de restauración con terraza, tiendas, etc. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, en la playa del Burrero. En este barrio costero del sureste de la isla se disfruta de bellos amaneceres, de la hospitalidad de su gente, de la tranquilidad de la zona, de aguas limpias y ricas en yodo, de un lugar único para la práctica de deportes náuticos, paseos por la costa, comida local, etc.

La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

Geschäftiges Treiben oder Ruhepol, mit oder ohne Auto, zentral und doch individuell. Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

Welcome to my ‘Pretty Apartment' , lovely house with 1 double room, 1 single room and sofa bed in the living room. Only 1 km in walking distance to the shop market. It's located in a very quiet area, Near to the the airport of Gran Canaria (basically in the center of the island). Easy access to the motorway, only 20 minutes by car to Maspalomas and 20 minutes to Las Palmas, the island's capital. Perfect for families with children and couples. A few minutes from the airport in a one-story building with two apartments, all newly built. Impeccable Wi-Fi, elegant, central, quiet… Two bedrooms and living room with sofa bed. Near the caves of Guayadeque, the peculiar town of Agüimes, the beaches of Arinaga, el burrero beach and el Barranco de las Vacas... a luxury to work in! Also ideal for families!

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
