Welcome to La Famiglia! Come and spend a wonderful, rejuvenating and relaxing vacation with us. The house has been carefully furnished and has all the comforts you need. Everything is new, the bedding, the appliances. The house is located on a very quiet street where you can park without problems. Then, no need for a car, you are about 400 m from the market and the main street and 800 m from the ocean. We are waiting for you!

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden you can use the left side, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. Welcome to our 57 m2 family home. Located 70 meters from the ocean and in the heart of Montalivet-les-Bains. You will have a great vacation Please note, we do not provide linens. No pets allowed. The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
