Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mont Vernon

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was schoon en netjes. Fijn dat de keuken zo compleet is! Heerlijk zwembad. Heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden. Privé, in een fijn en rustig gebied op Sint Maarten. Wijk wordt avond en nacht afgesloten met een dicht hek, veilig 👍 Meneer Gilles reageert altijd snel en vriendelijk. Ik vertelde dat ik theedoeken miste, die werden al snel gekocht en bij ons afgeleverd. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan!!

It was an absolute delight to stay at Jamal’s property. He has a bunch of these short term rentals and you can tell he is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. He was responsive, helpful, he was completely awesome. Next time we come to St. Martin, we are staying at one of his properties. 10/10, highly recommend.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

We had an excellent week at Villa Cote Mer! I honestly can’t say enough good things. It is better than described. Pictures don’t even do it justice. It is very private and quiet, with a gorgeous view. There are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes. Melissa and Nina have provided a helpful guide to area restaurants, shops, and other attractions that make it so easy. The place was spotless, and the pool was pristine. It was very nice having midweek cleaning with fresh towels and linens. The garden area is gorgeous with many beautiful trees, flowers, and native foliage. The house sits down some from the road making it even more private. We have stayed in many Air BnBs in several international locations, and this one is one of the best! Melissa and Nina have been incredibly responsive and communicative making this a seamless, easy vacation. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Martin!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Nous avons passé 10 jours d’un séjour idéal. Logement très bien situé dans une zone superbe , calme et pleine d’attraits avec la proximité de la baie orientale, la reserve naturelle, Grand Case, etc.. rapidement accessibles en voiture. Carole et Christophe sont des hôtes charmants, tres à l’écoute, ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos repères dans la zone et sont d’excellents conseils. Logement très agréable, fonctionnel, calme, en tout point conforme au descriptif. Parking devant la porte, appréciable quand on rayonne beaucoup comme nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The swimming pool was so nice and refreshing after a long day at the beach, and we loved hanging out by the pool in the afternoons. It was also so fun to see the iguanas that would show up on the deck—they were such a unique and entertaining part of the experience. Pierre was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and attentiveness made our stay even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Isabelle was an absolute dream! She was so kind and hospitable, and the space had everything we could even think of needing. It was walking distance to wonderful coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Orient Beach. She was so communicative the entire time. I absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

I almost hate to write this review because I’m afraid my favorite place will now always be fully booked! We traveled all over the island during our stay and all up and down Orient Beach and I can’t imagine a more perfect location. The place was super clean and comfortable and the location is literally second to none. Réserve this place with absolutely no hesitation. Sarah is wonderful and answered every question we had.

Fabulous apartment in a beautiful complex. Very well equipped and maintained. Loads of amazing beach bars nearby for lunches and fantastic restaurants close-by for evening meals. A few minutes walk from the beach. Very good value for money. Do not hesitate to book!!

This was our first Airbnb and first time staying on the French side of St. Martin, and we had a great experience. The location was perfect, the pool was huge, and beach access was easy. The internet was super fast, perfect for working or streaming. The bed was a bit soft and the unit could use more lighting, but nothing major. Elisabeth was very kind and responsive, and we appreciated the extras like towels, condiments, and candles for blackouts. Great value for the price! Tip: grab a few candles just in case of rolling blackouts — they’re normal here. Check EDF St. Martin for updates.

The studio was everything that we wanted. It was simple but practical, well equipped and well situated. Despite the fact that it is on the second lane, it offers a splendid view on Orient Bay, which is one of the nicest beach of Saint-Martin. The pool area is even nicer than what can been seen on the pictures. There is a small pizzeria on site that is worth trying. Fred the owner is a pleasant individual, always happy to entertain a conversation while preparing your meal. Although the owners of the studio are off location, they left us in the good care of Linda who’s a gem! She lives on location and during our 2 weeks stay she was always responsive and willing to help. We would go back to that same studio anytime!

Had a very nice time here! The host was very helpful; quick to respond, offered recommendations, and checked in with us during our stay. Loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Would come back again!

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wohlhabenden Ueberbaung mit viel Grün und drei Swimmingpools. Die Wohnunh ist modern und äusserst geschmacksvoll perfekt eingerichtet. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr sympatisch. und extrem hilsbereit. Das Meer ist zu fuss einfach zu erreichen (ca 400m), der Strand ist lang und breit und nie überbevölkert: ein seltenes obtimales Stranderlebnis! ,

Cet appartement duplex est très bien situé, au cœur du village, avec tous les accessoires nécessaire . Un vrai petit bijou , je recommande !! Et j’y retournerai. Magalie est disponible et réactive si vous avez un problème . Âme sensible au bruit, éviter le village mais très supportable ..

we were there for 2 nights, it felt like home and we love the location we had a car rental and everything is 5 to 15 minutes drive the balcony facing the private Beach it was my favorite part. definitely coming back. thank you

This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Such a beautiful condo with an incredible view! I felt right at home and slept like a baby. The beds are comfortable, the space was spotless, and Jayne was very responsive in our communication. Plus, it’s a great location but I would definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!
