Vacation rentals with a kayak in Mont Vernon

Der Ausblick war der Hammer an dem Punkt, wo wir da gewohnt haben. Aber es entsprach nicht den Zustand wie auf den Fotos. Es fehlt in der Grill Ventilator im Wohnzimmer und die Hängematte, die auf dem Foto ist die ist schon komplett vergammelt. Leider mussten wir einige Utensilien kaufen, da Kaffeetassen und einiges andere fehlte aber sonst war es wunderschön und war sehr angenehm.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Beautiful location— the house was perfect for a family get away. Close to Grand Case, Orient Beach and you can kayak to Pinel island.

There are a few stays in your life,  where you say, I wish I was living here. Was there shortcomings? Quite a few, no place is perfect Did it matter? Not really A truly peaceful and serene stay. Philippe patiently waited to welcome us personally despite our delay of over an hour due to traffic, and we can confidently say you can trust his word on his promises.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

The best part of staying in our particular unit was sitting out on the deck right next to the water! It was fun to use the provided kayaks and paddle to the nearby Scilla Cay. Getting them in and out of the water was difficult due to the sargassum, but I'm sure that varies. The room itself was charming, and we appreciated the provided shampoo and soap and extra towels. Based on other comments, we expected some kind of bar for snacks and happy hour, but there was nothing like that when we were there. We were glad we rented a car, because you're pretty far from everything. The closest real beach is a pretty long walk, and it's not nearly as nice as many other beaches on the island. If you walk a short distance up and over the hill, there is a small secluded sandy beach that is gorgeous, and it's kinda fun to snorkel there. There is a grocery store about 1/4 mile walk which had the basics. Nothing is open on Sundays nearby.

The past reviews are accurate. We could repeat it all! Evenings on the terrace watching sunsets over the hills were delightful! We opened the glass patio doors making the terrace an expansion of the indoor space. We connected our music to their sound system. There is a/c, but we only used it in the bedroom due to cool breezes & ceiling fans inside & outside. A sun cover above half of the private, salt-water pool kept the water temp from getting too high & it helped protect us from prolonged sun exposure. Cyrille & Valerie are wonderful & treated us like family! They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, beer, water & cheese in the refrigerator & also fresh bakery bread! Cyrille is in the renovation business & Valerie has a great eye for style & comfort. We appreciated the updated & extremely clean home. Two parking spaces are right next to the home; a car is highly recommended to explore the island. We will definitely be returning & very much look forward to it!!

We had wonderful time while at Arawak Beach Club! Justin was EXTREMELY helpful prior and during our stay! He was super responsive and gave so many wonderful recommendations! Mangos was amazing! Really - everything we ate was amazing! Kens & B&Ds BBQ is a must try as well! Our cottage was perfect for the two of us. We were able to use the two burner stove for breakfast in the mornings. I LOVED drinking a cup of coffee and sitting on the swing in the mornings! SUPER peaceful with the perfect view of Scilly Cay! Shoal Bay was short 5 min drive - you can lay rent umbrella and chairs and lay on the beach, eat, drink and enjoy! The shuttle to Scilly Cay is there too! HIGHLY recommend! All of these things Justin mentioned! He really helped me plan the entire trip with his suggestions! I highly recommend staying at Arawak Beach Club! We will be back!
