Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. Some comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV didn't work well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with stunning views

We had a lovely stay. It's a beautiful cottage near the woods. Within a few minutes, you were in the middle of nature. Delicious! Also a great base to visit Bastogne or caves. The days we were there it was quite chilly and bleak but that didn't bother you in the house. Well insulated and nice and warm. All in all recommended.

we had a wonderful short stay with Patricia. The apartment was spotless and clean and totally cozy and beautiful. We felt right at home and would come back any time. The private garden, where you can linger beautifully, is also particularly great. Patricia is really very friendly and always helpful.

Nice location with terrace on the side of the Ourthe. 2 evenings may enjoy the beaver across the water. Nice and fully equipped house. It's a hassle with the stairs in the house. Front bedroom is too bright at night due to the lamppost in front of the window. We solved this by hanging towels in front of the windows. Super nice that the terraces and bakery and butcher are within walking distance!

Wonderful place in quiet surrounding. Very cozy. The girls also loved the trampoline area and the animals. Host is very friendly. Would recommend this place to friends/family.

The arrangement of the apartment, with a view from the living area out onto a balcony and the river beyond, is stunning- you don’t need a TV because there is always something to see! The apartment has everything that you need to be very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed discovering nearby villages on walks. This kept us busy for 4 days with lots left for another visit….

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

Thanks for this nice place! Well located on the Belgian-Luxembourg border, it allows you to rest while visiting the historical and natural beauties of the region. Our hosts welcomed us. We'd definitely stay again.

Super nice, clean and tidy place to stay. I felt at home. The area is a bit boring, you have to drive a bit if you want to do something. But otherwise nice and quiet to escape the stress.

The studio is very comfortable and well located (close to the train station, Boverie Park and food stores). I found the kitchen well-equipped and the studio very clean. Lara and Thibaut are very welcoming and available hosts. I found the instructions related to the accommodation (check-in, key box, check-out) very clear, which is a plus for me. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this studio without hesitation!

Thank you very much for your big heart and really nice time in your apartment. We arrived in the middle of the night, and despite this we received help with parking the car, Catherine took a parking space for us. The apartment was clean, cozy, Catherine also left for us delicious fresh bread for breakfast every morning. The kitchen was fully equipped. Additionaly we had our bikes with us for lbl chalange and another important thing was to store the bikes inside the house which wasn’t a problem. We had great time and I hope to see You again Catherine.

Christa is a friendly, neat and social hostess. we were very warmly received by her and received clear explanations about the area Christa even went to get us another coffee maker. The place is quiet and clean. great accommodation to take beautiful walks or bike rides from there many thanks, Frank and Corrie

We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Marita’s place. It was bigger than we expected and had recently been remodeled in a very tasteful way. Despite the updates, it still had so much character - it felt like staying in a real home rather than a hotel. Marita is easily one of the most outstanding hosts we’ve encountered in our travels. She made us feel right at home, offered helpful recommendations, and seemed genuinely happy to have us there. We also loved staying in a real part of town rather than the more touristic side of Monschau - it made the experience feel more authentic. We can’t speak highly enough of this place and hope we find ourselves back here someday.
