A perfect get a way for a couple or small group of friends. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, game room(pool table, ping pong, foosball, dart board, giant Jenga and ring toss) full kitchen, and laundry. 2 couches inside the house, 3 couches in the game room. Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

I have no control over the listing category. 11 mi to Fermi, 4 mi to DTE, 13 mi to BP. Due to new site rules, I no longer accept pets through this site. Each half of the house has a private key-less entry & laundry facilities. Shared fenced-in back yard and 21ft x 30ft parking lot. Cleaning supplies, soaps, and paper products to get you through a short stay, or get you started on a longer stay. Charcoal grill and seating. Guests say it's quiet and well stocked. New plank flooring September 2023

River Raisin Retreat Relax and Restore!

This walkout guest studio w/a private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.

Backing straight into the driveway is possible by pulling into the parking lot across the road. Newly renovated. Fish cleaning tables and gut storage in garage. If your boat/trailer is less than 80" tall and 26' long use the garage for boat storage. Charge your boat. The house is across the street from a train track.
