2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Die 120m² Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für bis zu 6 Gäste buchbar und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (2 davon mit Waschbecken im Zimmer), 2 Bäder (einmal Bad/WC, einmal Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine), über eine geräumige große Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und noch einen zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kabel-TV. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer der Hauptwohnung ist klein aber fein!

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

We loved our stay at Theresa’s! Theresa was kind, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful and very responsive. Her place was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds, and lovely views. We enjoyed exploring the local area, which had incredible sights and great trails. Use of the bus system was convenient and easy. We would stay at Theresa’s again!

This place was great for my friend and I! It was less than a 30 minute walk from the train station and was very close to everything we were visiting. Close to the river, restaurants, shopping, and other major locations. The house was very clean with a good bathroom and kitchen. If I ever come back to Salzburg, I would definitely stay here again!

이 숙소를 매우 추천해요! 메세지 응답이 빨라서 의사소통이 쉬웠습니다. 체크인할 때 잘츠부르크의 교통과 관광 명소들을 소개해주셔서 많은 도움이 되었어요! 일주일 동안 너무 편하게 지냈습니다. 불편한 점은 없는지 항상 물어봐주셨습니다. 바로 근처에 정류장이 있어 여러 관광지로의 이동이 쉬웠습니다. 아 그리고 고양이가 너무 귀여워요😭 방을 나갈 때마다 고양이를 마주치기를 기대했어요ㅋㅋㅋ 다음에 잘츠부르크에 방문한다면 또 이 숙소에 묵고 싶어요. 또 볼 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Anleitung zum Check-in sehr klar, mit Bildern erklärt. Daniel war stets erreichbar, freundlich und hilfreich. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof war sehr praktisch, da wir auch wir auch zwei Koffer dabei hatten. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
