Vacation rentals in Molobolo Spring

Maureen's place is a gem in a location without a lot of options. My wife's family lives in Danao and we struggle every year trying to find decent & reasonably priced accomodations. The space was as described. Great view off the balcony. Living room had a small TV and a portable fan. It could get a little uncomfortable if you weren't used to the heat. The bedroom had Aircon and it worked fantastic. As a result, we spent most of our time in the bedroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. Fridge worked great. Maureen does stock the space with drinking water which doesn't seem to be so common at BNBs in the Philippines this year. Bathroom was satisfactory and the hot water worked good. Water pressure wasn't so great but that's pretty normal and something were used to by now. Maureen was very responsive, going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, we were happy with and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The place is good for families. You can cook, it also has refrigerator and free drinking water provided. The beach is very close around 12 m from the room and the sand is nice. When we arrived, even with heavy rain, the place was clean. The bathroom was dry, and the towels, lines and beds are in good quality. Overall, the place is definitely worth it for a relaxing vacation

Me and my family had been booking via Airbnb (mostly my family's account) but I can 100% say that this was the greatest value. The host (Jordan) was very accommodating, start to finish. Instructions were always very clear. The caretaker was also very friendly. The house itself was worth the money for a place to stay in if you're traveling to nearby places in Cebu. Centralized A/C, working vent hood (which I believe is super important for centralized A/C), there's hot water, there's 2 bathrooms (1 in master's), there's so much space in the living room, sofa is convertible to bed, I really could go on and I will not be saying anything bad about it. Really served its purpose: offer a place for travelers that would still be comfortable and homey. And...the location is walking distance to Gaisano mall so you can just grab what you need. If you prefer fruits or food that's not from the grocery, then there are stores nearby din. Still, surprisingly, it never felt like it's maingay. :) TYSM

We spent a wonderful week here. The room was clean and exactly as described. Communication with Lorna was excellent. The breakfasts (included in the price) were very good, and the lunches were delicious and affordable (!!!). If you enjoy peace and quiet, we highly recommend this place – the house is at the end of the street, so no random cars or motorcycles pass by. I highly recommend this place – it has a warm, homey atmosphere.

The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. The place is Superb! It was an amazing experience, the place is very nice, the room is fine for it's price. Tho the location is a bit hard to locate, but the overall experience is best! 🫶🏼

great place to stay for resting and unwinding, it's also close to menu nature spots host was really prompt, friendly, and proactive, they even respond to my 2 am chat, made sure all our needs were met immediately, and gave us clear instructions caretaker was also friendly and helpful the place is surrounded with so many trees, and plants and pet friendly, and walking distance to the highway where there's a grocery store they also have complete utilities, cookingware and cooking tools, toiletries, towels, appliances, etc. so it feels like you're living in your own home
