The bedrooms include: primary with king and en suite bathroom with shower and tub, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 with a full bed. There is also an office with a full sized pullout Pool closed for winter 9/24/2024

The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. You will love this house which is in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac! We have upgraded the home with new flooring and baths. New live edge dining table, A new game room featuring a Ring toss, Chess, checkers, new washer and dryer as well. You are centrally located to Downtown Saratoga Springs, SPAC, Racetrack, Casino and more! The town has so much to offer as far as restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking. You are very close to Lake George and Skidmore College as well!
