Vacation rentals with lake access in Mohave County

My daughter and I had a really nice visit here in Havasu. Ruben was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. We didn’t get to use the pool, it wasn’t quite warm enough yet, but it was massive and would be great when the temperature is 100’! All in all the home worked out very well. We took advantage of some of Ruben’s recommendations of places to go and we had some amazing food and drinks! Thanks Ruben!

We had an amazing stay at Kristi’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids had an absolute blast in the heated pool and hot tub, and we all enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake. The amenities were top-notch and made us feel right at home. Kristi was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back!

Was the perfect space for my family to spend time together after being apart. The layout of the house is incredible, separate ‘wings’ but a beautiful and spacious “great room” with the living, kitchen and dining room all together. Beautiful view from the back yard yet was so private feeling. The pool with the shallow space and ledge across the entire side was perfect for the toddler with us! The had so many games and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were beyond gorgeous. This was a very comfortable trip! My only complaint are the rocks along the edge of the pool. They are so small and easily get on the tile and walking bare foot around the pool or going from the pool to the turf patch was extremely painful. I wish that the turf could come up to the tile instead of either having to jump or grit your teeth and walk especially when the toddler wants to go over there but also doesn’t want to put on their shoes for two steps. We look forward to staying here again!

Kristi’s home was perfect for our family trip. The unit was spacious and the loft was great for extra sleeping space. The decor was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and enjoying the evenings.

This was our second time visiting this Airbnb and it’s worth every penny!! Jen is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend this place and her as a host! We will definitely be back

James’ place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house was beautiful, spotless, and located in a fun, friendly neighborhood with great neighbors. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! The AC kept the house cool and comfortable during the hot weather, and there were so many fun extras to enjoy. Our kids had a blast fishing (they caught so many!), and we all loved using the pedal boat and kayak. The whole family spent hours swimming in the pool, playing ping pong, and enjoying a few competitive games of pickleball. This stay truly had something for everyone. We can’t wait to come back! James was a fantastic, helpful, thoughtful host!

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it! Close to lots of restaurants and we especially love the cookies and water in the fridge upon arrival!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

overall place was clean, complex as a whole could be cleaned and updated but that isnt Viktors fault, and the unit was very nice, and close to everything in town.

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT STAING IN A MOBILE HOME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BEING IN A SUPER 8 OR MOTEL 6. OH MY GOSH, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH THEM. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THE UNITS APPOINTED IN A VERY NICE MANNER.
