Nous voulions visiter Vienne, sans y résider. En fait, tout s'est bien passé car ce logement est super bien placé entre le beau centre ville de Baden et la gare. Tous deux accessibles en quelques minutes à pied, la voiture pouvant rester dans la propriété fermée. En une demi heure le train vous dépose à Vienne Mitte. Chez Doris le logement dispose de tout pour cuisiner. La literie est excellente et le calme assuré. De plus Doris nous a donné de bon tuyaux pour notre séjour et nos découvertes de Vienne et de Baden, ville d'eaux très tranquille et coquette avec de nombreux restaurants.

Florians Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und fußläufig vom Bahnhof Meidling erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe und verfügt über alles Nötige, um sich wohl zu fühlen und eine gute Zeit zu haben. Wir hatten schöne Tage in Wien und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Top!

Natascha ist eine super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wenn uns was gefehlt hat, hat sie uns gleich geholfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Katharinas Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, ein toller Altbau mit hohen Decken, Parkett , Kachelofen und Doppelflügeltüren. Man konnte sich richtig „Wienerisch“ fühlen. Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm, ruhig und familienfreundlich, wer Interesse an schöner alter Villenarchitektur hat, wird hier fündig. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad in der ganzen Stadt unterwegs. Hier war der Ort ein perfekter Startpunkt für spannende Ausflüge, aber auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt sehr gut erreichbar. Katharina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin und wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The appartment is really spacious, very nice and comes with high ceilings and wooden floors - the way we like it! Beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms have been renovated with taste and a clear focus on user friendliness. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that invites to talk walks. Tram and subway are a few minutes away, the city center being very reachable. After a day downtown, it is a pleasure to come home. Two minutes away, there is a fantastic bio grocery store. This is a wonderful apartment in the spa town of Bad Voslau. We stayed almost two weeks. It's very spacioius, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking and eating. It is very quiet at night. It is just opposite the thermal bath which was starting to get busy when we were there as it was starting to get warm. Down the street there are several restaurants, both traditional and fast food. There is a large Billa within easy walking distance. It was a lovely place to stay and we would easily stay there again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. If you’re looking for a flat that has everything you need and great views, this is the place. Thank you Anna for the lovely stay. We’ll be recommending your place to our friends and family.

From the first moment we felt at home due to the very friendly and efficient way in which Katinka, the host, welcomed us. She helped carrying suit cases and gave lots of practical information about public transport, shops in the vicinity, all kind of details about the peculiar Vienna parking system, etc. She was always reachable via cell phone and was at our disposal whenever we needed her. She was genuinely interested in our experiences of the past day. The fact that Katinka also speaks fluently English was helpful. She is a perfect host. Also the cosy apartment made us feel at home with 4 separate spacious rooms in typical East European City style: spacious hall, large living/bedroom , kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows with traditional double glass windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the beautiful traditional apartment building, with its typical stairway hall. This made us forget that there was no elevator to the second floor where we lived. A place to return.

Alles is al met de eerdere punten gezegd. Heel fijn appartement: netjes, rustig, binnenstad is goed bereikbaar met OV. Wanneer we hulp nodig hadden, was de host direct bereikbaar. Ook hebben we in de directe omgeving lekker gegeten, o.a. bij Turks restaurant en biologisch Noord-Afrikaans.

Tina's apartment is wonderfully bright, spacious and airy. We loved it. It was in a quiet, calm area of Vienna but so easy to get into the centre. The balcony overlooking a large fig tree was sunny in the afternoon/evening and amazingly quiet considering its location. So lovely as well to open the big windows in the sitting/dining room which also overlooked trees and had sun streaming in during the morning.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Wien. Mit der Wohnung hat alles bestens geklappt. Alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Vorab ausführliche Informationen - der Check-On deshalb völlig problemlos. Sehr aufmerksame Begleitung während des Aufenthalts. Die Anbindung mit den Öffentlichen in die Innenstadt ist super und es ist einfach sich zurecht zu finden. Wir können die Wohnung von Monique empfehlen und würden gerne wieder einmal kommen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!!

Stefan fue un anfitrión excepcional: muy amable, atento y generoso. Nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista sin cobrarnos nada extra, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Además, tuvo el bonito detalle de dejarnos unas toallas de cortesía, ya que hay una piscina preciosa muy cerca donde puedes refrescarte. El apartamento es amplio, limpio, está bien amueblado y equipado con toallas de sobra. Dispone de parking gratuito en un garaje privado, desde el cual se puede subir directamente al apartamento en ascensor, lo cual resulta muy cómodo. Se nota que Stefan se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes: nos llamó para asegurarse de que todo estuviera bien y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier duda. En resumen, todo fue excelente. Volveríamos encantados… y seguramente lo haremos. 🥰

Diese Unterkunft liegt amvRand des neuen Sonnwendviertels und ist mit Öffis super angebunden. Der Viktor Adler Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
