We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning ocean views, and the warm hospitality of the host. The private pool was a dream, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the complimentary breakfast on the spacious terrace each morning. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the meals prepared with local ingredients Highly recommended—we can't wait to return!

The stay with Kurtis was incredible. The place was absolutely beautiful (a real paradise). We truly felt at home. Kurtis was extremely responsive to everything we needed. We stayed for a month and worked remotely from the home with no problems at all. A great getaway for the digital nomad or someone wanting to disconnect from it all. 6 stars if I could give that. Thank you Kurtis!

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Khalid was an excellent host. He was always responsive and answered all of our questions in advance. He are arranged an in house chef for our group at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful setting. The hospitality was good. Rooms were up to standard. The chef was sociable and ready to offer a helping hand. Host could monitor security by setting up Closed -Circuit Television (CCTV) around the facility.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

the apartment was clean with beautiful surroundings. Odette is super friendly and responded quick to any of my questions. it was worth the price, although we didn't have free wifi as the it shows that here, however, I would say that this apartment is even more beautiful than what is showing in the pictures here, the pictures doesn't do it justice. I stayed for 10 days and it felt like home. would definitely book the place again whenever I'm visiting Fumba again.

Elle a également organisé plusieurs activités pour moi, ce qui a vraiment enrichi mon expérience sur place. Joshua and Isca we were very happy with our stay, from the easy check in with detailed instructions (made late check-in so much easier), excursion bookings, (excellent partners/drivers), it allowed us to check out different parts of the island in our short stay and meet some very nice people along the way. I enjoyed my week long stay at Petra’s apartment. It was very comfortable and Petra was so kind - always proactively checking in and making sure I have everything I need for the stay. There is housekeeping every other day and laundry service available which was literally done in a couple of hours - wow! She even arranged an airport pick up and drop off at a reasonable price! Truly an amazing host. I did have some issues with cockroaches in the flat and the internet - very patchy but got 5G speeds through a local Yas SIM card instead so could work without any disruption. A note for light sleepers - the local mosque is just outside the window, so ear plugs are a must. Would highly recommend and stay again. Thanks again for hosting me, Petra 🧡

Charles/ Paul ist super nett und hilfsbereit, einfach ein ganz freundlicher Mensch. Zurvorkommend, auch wenn die Unterhaltungen auf Englisch manchmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren, er hat immer geholfen, alles gemacht wie besprochen. Sehr respektvoll hilfsbereit. Danke für die Hilfe beim Umzug. einzig allein, der Pool war nicht begehbar, das war etwas schade für die Kinder. Ansonsten top für das Geld.

My stay in Edna's really nice apartment is absolutely recommenable. Here you get a clean place with modern facilities, extra cleaning if needed and a very quick response from the owner if you have any question. The area is a safe area, very quiet (exept, see later) nicely kept, you find both a café nearby, and in the evening down by the sea a really chilled place to eat and hang out. It's also here you in the daytime can go "to the beach" - a fenced area with beachsand, beach chairs and umbrellas to shade for the sun - but also the very nice pool, also with sunchairs and umbrellas. A really nice spot to go and enjoy the sun. Only two things on the downside - it's difficult to go in the ocean...or, it's difficult to get up again after going in, because this is not a beach, but cliffs. Secondly, if you are easily bothered by any kind of sound, there will during the day and late afternoon be some noise from the buildings that are in process of being build, it didn't bother me though!

Incredible, serene and homely place in a quite neighbourhood with good security. Neat home, great furniture. I really enjoyed making breakfast in that kitchen, it had all the utensils we needed. And for the first time after a long while l got to eat breakfast made by my little brother, imagine. What an experience we had. Abdalrahman is a great host, always willing to assist and promptly responded to us. He even gave us good recommendations. Not only was Abdalrahman a great host, what made it even more special was that he partnered us with a great and reliable driver. We were picked up from the airport and that was the start of a memorable week. Yussuf (driver) took us to all the remarkable places and was also so helpful in breaching the language gap when we had to deal with other locals, he even taught us a bit of Swahili. We're definitely coming back!!!

Alles bestens, die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Yolanda. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

The host Janine and Ramia were very responsive, helpful and very friendly! The location is ideal for easy local and private transportation, Stone town and the Darajani souk were 15 min by local tuktuk, supermarket and vegetable stands within walking distance and the place is a well maintained, housekeeper was provided twice weekly. We enjoyed the patio in the evening, and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. We waked to a local beach to see the sunset a few times, it was less than a mile away at Medinat Al Bahar. The hosts had great suggestions for activities and we liked the convenience of being able to prepare meals at home over our 3 week stay! I would recommend this place highly as it was outstanding and the hosts were amazing! I would definitely stay here again!

The stay at Mars place was excellent. The place looked exactly like the images. It was very clean as well which I liked. Mars was a very responsive and helpful host and would highly recommend this place. It is a bit of a distance to get to stone town but if you are in no rush theres several available taxis and tuk tuks you can hire. Thanks Mars.

I stayed at the Monolo apartment for two weeks. The apartment was beyond my expectations. I felt like I was at home and had no trouble with getting around. Everything was to my standard and Abdulkarim made sure everything was accessible and had no trouble. The place was sparkling clean and everything was in working order. I had no troubles with electricity and water throughout my stay. Abdulkareem shared he’s Netflix account too which was very kind of him to do so. The WiFi was very fast and had good connection. The security system was top notch. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that’s looking for a clean, private and home away from home. The apartment was very affordable and worth the pay. Thank you Abdulkareem for the lovely experience. I would definitely love to stay at your apartment whenever I’ll be in Tanzania if you’ll have me 😊
