Die Wohnung umfasst 2 Schlafzimmer/ Bad mit Dusche, WC ensuite und 1 Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC, Küche mit Esstisch und ein Wohnzimmer mit TV. Ebenfalls gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf das Schloss Mittersill und die Berge. Zwei kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind vorhanden sowie ein absperrbarer Abstellraum für Rad, Ski & Co.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.
