There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Location in quiet Tolkewitz with only 10 minutes walk to the Elbe. Bus and tram stop 3 minutes' walk. Tram 18 minutes to the center without changing trains. Bakers, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Bicycle rack and bicycle storage available. Plenty of free parking. Shared garden with sandpit and Trampoline. Wonderful starting point for bike tours, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk on the Elbe meadows, a junk through the city and much more.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, a tenant lives above. I am available any time. Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available on request for an extra charge. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

We have magnificent views of the vineyards and the city. Our guests have breakfast on the sun terrace and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The city offers a lot of culture and all the amenities of a metropolis. Take a vacation in the city and at the same time in the countryside at the winery!

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
