Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in MIMAROPA

If you're looking for a "first class" overall experience & value for money, this is it! It can't get any better than what Michael and Maria is providing. Sure we had a minor glitch with parking and the walk to their place but when we got there...we completely forgot about it! Hosts are honest, generous (free use of kiaks hello :), exceptionally clean, has good taste (I love it!), responsive, and were very meticulous which helps a lot esp for out-of-town tourists like us. Expect everything there is in the island life. Snorkelling, island hopping, or just watching the sunset with a school of fish under your feet are some of the experiences that's worth every centavo! Don't just stay for a day or two - stay longer! It's super worth it. Whatever they promise-they give. And that, my peeps, is hard to find these days. :) This place, experience, and everything else...it's one for the books! Michael, Maria and their caretakers did a superb job hosting us! Warm welcome with cake and balloons, water in the pool is warm, beach and clubhouse are both accessible. A nice place indeed and highly recommended for everyone. Very nice as others have mentioned. It’s actually nicer than the pictures show. We enjoyed our stay and will return. It’s outside of the city and in a peaceful place. They were very accommodating for our wishes. We did not use the kitchen but it has most everything you would need and is located out on the beautiful patio overlooking the pool. It’s very spacious with a nice large tv to relax. The pool area is resort quality. It looks like two separate rooms in the pictures but it’s all just one room for the guest to stay in. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The place was very nice. Me and my wife stayed for 2 weeks. The mountain view was stunning from bed ! The host was very nice and helpful at all times. I am tall 6'2" and the bed was very comfortable. Analy helped getting transportation for us back and forth to and from the airport. We rented the motor bike from them, tank was filled waiting for us. It was a nice bike. Very close Sari Sari and a short drive to othet stores. Care taker was always helpful. Very nice area and quiet. Really nice having a kitchen. Would rent again for sure.

Stunning hilltop views of sea and island, nice roomy bedrooms and living space, great balcony space, attentive local support. Overall a great place to chill and relax. Highly recommend for small group/couple looking for peace and tranquility away from the beachfront touristy hotel scene but be prepared to reply on e trike transportation to get to and from station 1,2,3 areas. Will definitely return which sums it up.

We had an amazing 3-day stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable. The pool was a great bonus, Plus, it's literally just a walk away from D'Mall and Station 2 - super convenient! We loved chilling in the apartment, and the fact that all rooms, including the sala, had air conditioning made it a haven. Our host, Ms. Joyce, was incredibly accommodating - she kindly extended our check-out time, which gave us a bit more time to soak up the island vibes. If we're ever back in Boracay, we'll definitely be booking this place again. Highly recommended!"

Had a great stay in this unit located in a quieter part of Boracay—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was very responsive, and having an onsite maintenance team gave me extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

The perfect place for what we needed in El Nido, super affordable and hidden away from the busy town but only a 5 minute tricycle from the town centre. Only a 1 minute walk from a beautiful and quiet beach with a few bars and restaurants and great sunset. Simon also helped with recommendations and sorting out motorbike rental / boat tours (there was a tour guide shop next to the bnb ran by very nice people). He responded to messages on air bnb in minutes which was handy too. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our staying in Puerto Princesa! The room was brilliant and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was great and clean which was fantastic. We had expected to have multiple pillows each from the photos however, we only received one each! The location was okay and quiet but a bit further from the airport and the main town. Overall our stay was great and communication was prompt. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again!

The place is situated near Diniwid Beach which is great for people who like to relax. Everything was clean and the mini kitchen was really great, especially if you plan to cook. :) Dexter welcomed us warmly upon checking in and he was always responsive to our needs (just like shampoo and shower gel refills) as we have stayed for 5 days. :) Internet connection was also great for remote working! Will recommend this place surely! <3

Casa Calma was above and beyond what we expected we spent 3 weeks there and it was perfect. we will be returning next year. The views from there must be the best in Boracay and the staff so helpful.

Unforgettable stay, Highly recommended! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances so you don't need to spend money on food and you can pack less clothes. Even the little things like a mat were thoughtfully provided . The unit was exceptionally clean, perfect for family of four max of 5. The unit is a home away from home. The view from our balcony was breathtaking; from it you could see the mountains, the beach, and even Alta Vista De Boracay. Also, our host Ms. Denise is very accommodating and kind. She gave us tips and recommended using the HOHO card which helps you travel around Boracay with ease. Overall, Ocean Garden Villa and Boracay New Coast gives you an incredible experience and enhances your stay on the island, and my family and I would definitely return to if given the opportunity. Thank you, Ms. Denise, for making our trip so special.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.
