Vacation rentals with a fire pit in MIMAROPA

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Maria’s place. The place is very clean and beautiful and very private. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are spacious and clean as well. There are a lot of kitchen utensils and appliances for use. This place is highly recommended.

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ms. Regina and Ms. Rhodora were very responsive to all my inquiries. The place was incredibly relaxing, and my mother especially loved its cozy atmosphere. The house is clean and smells great, with a pleasant lavender scent. Best of all, each room upstairs has its own private bathroom. The place is conveniently close to the beach, and we also enjoyed our time at Tamarind Cove Resorts. It was peaceful and not crowded—perfect for both kids and the young at heart. We’re very grateful to Ms. Regina and Ms. Rhodora for their kindness in allowing us to decorate the home for our daughter’s 18th birthday celebration. A very pleasant and caring guard. A warm welcome with fruits and drinks. Secluded location. Nice private beach. Clean linen and dishes. A friendly family. Nuances: 1. Getting here is a bit difficult. But the guard can meet you at the airport. And his family will offer a menu, cook the selected dishes and feed them very tasty. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunches and dinners are delicious and inexpensive. 2. There is no air conditioner, only fans. 3. Sometimes the electricity (and fans) goes out at night because the house is powered by a generator. 4. Wi-Fi is only available in the backyard. But if you come to rest, it's even a plus) If it's okay for you, then you will have a very good rest away from a lot of people, with a caring guard)

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

This deserves a solid 5 stars! From weeks before our arrival to our departure, the host was exceptionally communicative and always provided quick responses. During our stay, Marj, the caretaker, went above and beyond, giving us a comprehensive tour and ensuring we knew how to use all the amenities. The facilities were immaculately clean, and it was clear a lot of thought went into the layout. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the listing was precisely as described. While they do have strict rules, they are completely understandable, so just make sure to read them thoroughly before booking.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa a Palawan ed è stata un’esperienza semplicemente perfetta. La villa è nuova di zecca, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e incredibilmente gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con il sorriso. La posizione è un altro punto di forza: avere il mare proprio di fronte è stato un vero privilegio. La spiaggia era praticamente deserta, cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale e rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti come se avessimo un piccolo angolo di paradiso tutto per noi. Consigliamo vivamente questa villa a chi cerca tranquillità, bellezza e un servizio impeccabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Such a lovely place. Amazing view, cosy combined dining and living room. Beautiful pool area and last but not least, the caretakers. This came as a pleasant surprise, but the caretakers not only made us feel welcome, they even offered to clean after our meals. Fantastic location for a getaway for your large family. Roads are a little bumpy though :)

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Gerd und seine Freundin haben sich unfassbar lieb um uns gekümmert, für uns lecker und günstig gekocht und schon Tage im Vorraus mit local-tips zur Anreise auf die wunderschöne Insel Culion geholfen. Die Unterkunft selber hat den traumhaftesten Blick den man sich vorstellen kann, besonders zum Sonnenaufgang. Die etwas abgeschieden Lage sorgt für Ruhe und Gerd hat uns selbst abgeholt, sodass die Anreise ebenfalls super war. Wir durften außerdem Gerds Roller leihen, sodass wir uns flexibel bewegen konnten. Einfach ein Rundum-sorglos Paket.

One ride from city proper nice location

Place was awesome. Definitely accommodated our 11 night stay. Only wish though wished there was hot water for showers. Other than that, we were pleased. Unit was definitely spacious unlike the SMDC units we stayed in.

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Die Lage ist ausserordentlich, die Strasse führt bis kurz vor die Unterkunft, die letzten 20m sind via strand. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, wenn Alejandro vor Ort ist. Die Wohnung ist elementar und old fashioned. Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator sind laut. Mückemgitter eher veraltet. Aussicht auf Palmen und das Meer sind wunderbar. Nicht zu vergessen, you get what you pay. Alejandro, Teil des Staffs vor Ort, ist ein Segen für die Unterkunft. Wenn er da ist, läuft alles reibungslos. Er kümmert sich extrem gut um die Gäste. Er hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben.

Wonderfully friendly family and a huge nicely clean apartment. You could easily accomodate 6+ comfortably but there was just the two of us. Our host even offered us a home cooked meal on arrival. Nova is a wonderful cook 😁 highly recommend, would stay again.

Персонал отеля был очень внимателен и выполнял все наши просьбы. На этом острове находится невероятно красивый рифовый сад с большим количеством рыб, фантастический затонувший корабль (это стоит увидеть каждому), ферма с животными, непроходимые джунгли, белоснежные пляжи с бирюзовой водой, красивые закаты, деревня с местными жителями. Это невероятный опыт! Я считаю, что это место создано для настоящего отдыха. Это детокс программа, которая заставит ценить каждый момент твоей жизни!❤️

This is a place where you can experience peace and nature breeze. The host and the caretakers are very accommodating and hospitable. They give the treament more than what you pay for. They offer goods, foods, and even their harvested fruits from their yards. For guest who don’t have vehicle, they offer their vehicle for your service.

We had a great and intimate stay with my family in Vanessa's place. The place is exactly what is described, private and relaxing. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating.They brief us thoroughly on how place is works. It's easy to find the location as well and we had a smooth travel going there. The place is good with friends and family but it may a little bit chilling for a couple since the place is not surrounded by many neighbours. Nevertheless it's a great place and will recommend it for sure. Thank you!

Great for families with pets. Very spacious place and lots of greenery kaya di masyadong mainit. Surrounding area is quiet and the place has good amenities as well. Will probably return because it's a nice stay within Batangas City.

We were so happy to have stumbled on Babaland and decided to stay for five days Incredibly peaceful and only a short drive on empty roads to town where there is a great market for fresh fish, poultry, pork and vegetables We utilized the outdoor kitchen daily for our meals and the activity became one of many highlights throughout our stay Minda and the team were nothing short of fantastic!! 8 nights to remember, I loved this location. Staff same amazing and location one of a kind. Communication is key to over all happiness getting here. The trike drivers are predators stay away from them.  Just take a van transfer directly to Sabang skip the bus. Robby is great will get you to resort and help set up any tours you want. So expect great food at a reasonable price. Comfortable bungalow. water for shower looks rusty but it’s clean was with. They provide clean drinking water too.bring a power bank with you. Energy sunset was truly amazing. Get out of your comfort zone and experience amazing place to feel peace and happiness. Internet works most of time but kind of wish it didn’t afterwards. Electricity isn’t all the time but won’t need it 100% of time here. I will go back someday! Wish I could share photos here.

It was an amazing place to stay with our family of five! We absolutely loved the cozy, friendly, naturey vibe of the place. The garden and the sea view was beautiful and the whole place is really really nicely designed, decorated and built. We loved the balcony, the pool (which was really nice and clean). AC was strong and many ventillators available too. We absolutely loved the staff who were very fun and friendly and the Café Verde right next to the place offered really nice food for good price. They helped us book private boat tour to Sombrero Island and Tingloy which was super! The kitchen appliances are also good for cooking and there was also a one person kayak free to use! The place is very quiet (no traffic really) only some of the neighbours are close in the big but somewhat shared garden.
