Beachfront vacation rentals in MIMAROPA

We stayed with the rest of my family for one night. The check-in went smoothly and we were able to do so a few minutes before 2PM. Helpers are also available in the property 24/7! The place is as described in the advertisement. The rooms are quite steep and is a bit challenging for seniors but they powered through. Anyway, we had an overall excellent experience. To cat lovers, there’s a lot of cats in the area! Valley is so cuuuuteeee!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay :)

It was an absolutely mind blowing place. As on the pictures it feels like a small gem in an area that is different from what I expected. Nevertheless I would not doubt to choose this above a resort. Total privacy in an absolute stunning garden with beautiful pool. I have to mention Rudy, the concierge, who was extremely helpful and a joy to talk to. He is also the one who can pick you up from Caticlan airport for a small charge. (Be aware that you have to leave the airport terrain!) Meeting him and your holiday already starts with a smile!

It is a very unique and special place. Far away from everything surrounded by nature, a beautiful beach at your doorstep and calmness. They can organise a boat tour for you to small magical islands for snorkelling and swimming. Everyone at the place is super friendly and easygoing and the chef takes good care of you. This place is highly recommended if you want to escape the crowds and enjoy tranquility. The only downside is the journey to get to Binga Beach (though this of course adds to it’s magic and the journey is an adventure in itself the hosts). David will definitely help you out to arrange transportation. Thank you for this lovely stay!

We had a great time at Lucky Seven Beach Resort in Laiya, Batangas! The host and staff were very kind, accommodating, and considerate. They made sure we were comfortable during our whole stay. One thing that could be improved is the number of bathrooms. For a group of 20 people, it would be better if there were more to avoid waiting. Just a heads-up for future visitors: the beach is a bit rocky and the sand isn’t very fine, but the water is still nice for swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The place is really nice—I had a great time staying there! The caretaker was also very accommodating, and the amenities were well provided. The only downside was that around 4 AM, I could still hear hammering noises coming from the 3rd floor, which sounded like ongoing construction or maintenance. It was a bit disturbing while trying to sleep, but overall, the experience was excellent and the place is great!

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

This was one of the best stays I have had on Airbnb so far. Maria and Joseph are really great hosts; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and were always available to help with anything we needed. They even organized multiple day trips for us where we went hiking, drove to snorkeling spots with a boat, and also a boat trip to another island. The place is quiet and beautiful, and you have your own private access to the beach directly in front of the property. We were also able to borrow kayaks and explore the waters. The beach is great for snorkeling if you go further into the water; there are beautiful fish and marine life to see. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind, with plenty of opportunities for adventure right on your doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is just a short walk from the beach, which made it perfect for early morning strolls and sunset views. It’s also very accessible—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, so getting around was super easy. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. We’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful large home that can cater for many more people than we had! Our host went over and above expectations as we had a scheduled brown out (electricity was down for maintenance) on our last day and she found us an alternative house to stay outside of the area for our last night Our first time in the Philippines and it did not disappoint!

Our entire stay was great. The staff are all courteous and accomodating. The proximity of the place to the beach is walking distance. I only have one suggestion regarding the en-suite bathroom, perhaps a frosted wallpaper or sticker can be put on the glass wall and glass door for a bit of privacy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The house was perfect for our Boracay family vacation. The house was clean, and the rooms were just the right size for our group of 10. Veronica, who was overseeing the house, was extremely helpful. She helped us get tricycles into town and took care of any requests. The groundskeeper constantly kept the outdoor spaces and pool clean. It was just a few-minute walk to a less crowded beach, and you can walk along the shore to the main beaches. As mentioned in other reviews, the walk from the gate to the house can be challenging for the elderly or anyone with foot/knee issues. Overall, I recommend and would stay three again.

Spent an overnight stay with my family and celebrated my bf's birthday. My favorite feature/activity would be the floating raft where we were able to swim with the fishes and see beautiful corals in such clear waters. I would definitely go back here ❤️

We had earlier booked a different place to spend the weekend in, but due to unforeseen circumstances, had to find another place. We were very lucky to find Richard's place--it suited our requirements (big place to accommodate our extended family; kitchen to cook in; pool for the kids; separate accommodations per family) and we were able to enjoy our weekend celebrating our mom's 75th birthday.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Dennis’ Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy and well-explained, and the place looked even better than the photos. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed—extra towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it was perfect. Close to everything I wanted to see and do. Very near the beach and clubhouse. Communication was top-notch—quick responses, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommended it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay! The location is quieter than the busy white beach and situated at the top of the hill where you have the best views of Boracay. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped with everything you need. We were extremely well looked after by the hosts. It is probably more suited to the younger generation due to the 250 steps up the hill but my 70 year old parents made it after a couple of stops. When checking in, wait at the beach entrance to the Microtel hotel and not the street entrance.

Myrna & Bernie’s place is in a great location, 150 metres from Willy’s Rock, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus great bbq hamburgers at the bottom of the steps. The apartment was spotless, and had the amenities required. We will be back

We had an amazing stay at Jom’s Beach House in Boracay Station 1! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach but still peaceful and private, which made it ideal for our entire family with a senior citizen. The host was incredibly informative and helpful, giving us great tips, what to do, and how to make the most of our stay. The caretaker was also very friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, giving us that perfect “home away from home” feeling. We especially appreciated the privacy—it felt like our own little slice of paradise on the island. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing, hassle-free Boracay experience. We’d love to come back again!

This was our second time staying at Fritz’s place and like before, we had the beach to ourselves. Fritz was really accomodating, and even helped us find transportation from Puerto Princesa to San Vicente. Travel time from PPS to San Vic has been greatly shortened now that the roads have been paved especially the last stretch from the highway going into Barangay New Canipo where Fritz’s place is located. Overall we had a great stay once again. Thank you, Fritz!

Perfect location for a week getaway! Only a few steps to the beach, delicious food close by, and gorgeous sunsets! The host was easy to communicate with and responsive. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful beach house!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely place right by the beach in Station 3. The location was ideal—less crowded than Station 1 or 2, but still with plenty to do. From local restaurants and bars to water activities, we never felt the need to venture far—honestly, we didn’t even bother going to Station 1! Station 3 also offered better value, with food and drinks noticeably cheaper. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and front room worked perfectly and was very much appreciated during the hotter parts of the day. A really nice touch was the beach towels provided for our whole group, making beach time even more convenient. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, helpful, and smooth throughout. We also took up the host’s offer to arrange airport transfers, which made the whole experience seamless and affordable. Highly recommended!
