This is a small BASEMENT apartment. The apt has a bedroom with full-sized bed (not queen), TV, small fireplace, full bath, and large closet. Also a sitting area-see pics. NO natural light in the space, except in the sitting area, but all spaces are well lit. Three doors, bedroom, bathroom and main which shuts apartment off from rest of basement. NO space for an additional air mattress as it only holds two folks in full bed. 3 cats with a cat door but no cats are ever allowed in the apartment.

Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

Small room in quiet Bryn Mawr house

We are in an upscale suburban college town. 2 train lines, train stations in walking distance. Great restaurants, a movie theater, health food stores and public library. Reach Center City Philadelphia (25 min), Amtrak, and from there catch a cheap bus to NYC. No smoking, vaping, drugs, alcohol anywhere in house or outside on the premises. Please don't book this room if you need to smoke or vape or drink alcohol. No TV. Get a good night sleep, but is not suitable to spend entire days.
