We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

I had a great stay here. The basement was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. It felt really private and comfortable the whole time. One thing I really appreciated was that the host gave us a tour when we arrived, which was super helpful. He made sure we knew how everything worked and where to find things. It was a nice touch and made us feel really welcome. The neighborhood was peaceful and in a convenient spot, and the host was always quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved the stay. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The view from the house was my favourite. Everything was all good to go and I absolutely loved how everything was organised. Would definitely stay here again!!

The place was super comfortable and exactly like the photos. What you see in the pictures is what you get warm, cozy, and very clean. There were water and drinks in the fridge, and the bathroom was spotless too. Check-in was smooth and easy. I felt really at home here. The host was also very nice and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’d definitely stay here again next time!

2BR in Andover by Phillips Academy

If you are in Andover for Phillips Academy, the only closer lodging I know of is the Andover Inn. That said, here you are super close to campus but also super close to CVS and JP Licks. Best of both worlds. You could just Uber from airport and avoid a rental car and driving in Boston. There is also great parking at the place, but o parked and then walked to where I needed to go on campus and in town. The place is quite spacious!

It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests experience. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free and pleasant stay.
